Six of us stayed and it was a very nice experience for us. It was a farmhouse with basic materials for the house, surrounded by pine, olive and palm trees, with a beautiful pool, with many vintage elements, much larger than it appears in the photos. Mr. Seha was very good at communication. The only negative aspect of our experience was that we could not take our garbage to the container about 1 km away with our vehicles because there was no garbage container/box on the farm.

An outdoor pool is framed by olive and forest trees, offering a serene view of the surrounding landscape. Poolside seating is arranged neatly, and distant vehicles can be seen parked along a tree-lined path. The horizon reveals a scenic view of the sea.

A big thank you to Ali for hosting us and for her kindness. Our host refunded us 2 nights that we were unable to honor due to the cancellation of the flight by our airline less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Thank you very much for this gesture.

the room it's nice and clean, but at nice Abit noisy from the street car and biker. and if you go with the car not a good idea difficult for the parking in the day. at night it's fine

I had a wonderful time at this home in Kuşadası! The apartment is located directly on the harbor – when you look out the window, you can immediately see the sea, which is only a minute's walk away. Also, restaurants, cafes and the pedestrian zone are right outside the door, which makes the location really perfect. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy. I would especially like to highlight the hosts: They were extremely friendly, accommodating and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kusadasi! The location is absolutely perfect – right by the harbor, with a beautiful sea view from the window, and just a one-minute walk to the water. Restaurants, cafés, and the pedestrian zone are right outside the door. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly friendly,

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

The house was very nice, we loved the immaculate host. The location is close to nice grocery stores. If I were to come again, this would be my first choice.
