Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bayeux

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Very quiet stay, photos are the same as the actual stay. Great cost benefit.

The apartment is excellent, very clean and organized. The building's infrastructure is very good and we had a great time. I thank Lara very much for all the support and assistance during the stay.

New building and very well located in front of the beach and there is a block from the Mag mall, it offers a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, coworking and laundry. Well-equipped and furnished apartment. Very comfortable and quiet. Because it is a side apartment and has a building right next to it, it does not have much privacy and does not receive sunlight.

A beautiful, fragrant, clean, airy, super well located apartment. Brunna is super attentive. Everything is perfect. We have investments in Intermares and we will return more often to monitor the progress of the works. And, of course, we will stay with Rosarita again.

Although the house is in need of maintenance in some respects, our stay was pleasant and the host responded with agility and cordiality.

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and hygiene essentials on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I have nothing to complain about. 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets in the whirlpool area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a larger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it is just a suggestion.

The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with first class utensils (the premium suite bed games are a show in themselves). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and very helpful. The beaches in the area are paradisiacal, so much so that our initial idea was to take tours but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no commerce very close by, so it is essential to ensure the basic food and medicine needed for emergencies. We hired Amanda (host referral) to help us with cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that really paid off, that's the opinion of the 12 people who stayed at the house. I recommend and have plans to be back again. Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

Excellent house, clean, cozy and very welcoming environment. The house provides excellent privacy for families looking for a more private space. The apartment is new, well-equipped. I thought it was a little hot, maybe because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.
