Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert Das Haus hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht – es war genauso charmant und stilvoll, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Besonders angenehm war die Großzügigkeit der Räume: Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wie zuhause. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns die geräumige Küche, die viel Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen bietet. Auch die Menschen vor Ort waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein beruhigendes Gefühl zu wissen, dass wir bei Fragen oder Anliegen jederzeit Unterstützung bekommen hätten. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Vom Flughafen erreicht man das Haus in etwa 15 Minuten – nach einem Flug ein echter Pluspunkt. In etwa acht Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man kleine Läden für den täglichen Bedarf, einige davon bieten sogar Lieferservice an. Der Supermarkt Unido ist nur acht Minuten mit dem Auto von der Unterkunft entfernt – ideal für größere Einkäufe. Die Strände der Umgebung sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar,

Perfect spot if u come down to punta cana. Its very near to coco bongo where u can party at the same time see amazing shows!! 10/10 would recommend

Me encantó mi estadía en esta hermosa villa. Vine a compartir en familia y todos lo pasamos muy bien .Pudimos relajarnos y divertirnos mucho. Nos encantó que la villa está localizada a 4 minutos de Downtown Punta Cana porque pudimos disfrutar de muchas actividades. Volveremos muy pronto ! La recomendaré a mis amistades

Jenny was great. The home was amazing with a great location. Just a short drive to all of restaurants and attractions. Jenny is very responsive!

The host was fantastic! The chef experience is very worth it. The catamaran experience that was arranged was the best time of our lives! There were 13 in our group. Carlos, our arranged driver was the best person we could have ever asked for! He made the whole experience that much sweeter for us, he is the best!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Punta Cana. It’s in a safe neighborhood, with a great pool area, comfy beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. Philipp was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Just two things to note: Ubers sometimes go to the wrong gate (of which there are two) and the shower is tricky to get warm. But overall, it’s a very relaxing, well-maintained place we’d happily recommend!

Rajesh was incredibly helpful and responsive. He went above and beyond- I asked beforehand about bugs, and he went out to get us mozzy stuff which was a huge help with our small children. The house was lovely and the compound beautiful. We had a fantastic holiday, thank you so much. The club house is well worth a visit- it has a huge pool which is very quiet and has a bar with very reasonable drinks. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs which are fantastic, especially the master, and there is another bedroom downstairs which would work for a teenager or single person but would be a bit tight for a couple and is too far from the other rooms for a small child. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay with our family. The property itself is gorgeous with a beautiful backyard. Felt even prettier in the rain! The highlight of the trip was the housekeeper Ana. Fantastic personality, extremely friendly, great cook and so so helpful at going above and beyond what we expected of her. Made us feel right at home. The concierge Ramon was always available to make sure all our requests were immediately taken care of. Property is within the La Cana community so not a lot is walkable. Recommend renting enough golf carts to get around. Clubhouse is beautiful as well, though the food is alright (not bad by any means). Golfers and their families are going to have a great time here. 5 starts all around and couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

We rented this villa in The Village because we’re planning to move to the area next year and wanted to get a true feel for the neighborhood—and we absolutely loved it! The villa was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and has a great vibe. It really confirmed our decision to relocate here. One of the things we enjoyed most was how walkable the area is—there are amazing restaurants just a short stroll away. Burlao and Vale Valentina were our favorites (and if you drive to blue mall.. try Market 🙌🏻🙌🏻 —they all had delicious food and great atmospheres. The host was also fantastic. Anytime I had a question or needed something, I received a response within five minutes. That level of communication made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’re so glad we chose this place for our stay and can’t wait to make The Village our permanent home!

Julio's place in Punta Cana was in a great location - 5 minutes walk to the beach, a few minutes walk to some good restaurants, shops, etc. It's a single family home in an area of apartments, hotels, and resorts so having the space so close to everything was amazing. Lots of space in the place for our family of 7 adults and 4 young children. It's on 2 levels - two bedrooms + kitchen on the lower and the same on the 2nd floor. Then there is a 3rd floor rooftop as well which was great to hang out and chat, read, or eat. The pool was great too as we used it a few times to hang out instead of going to the beach. Julio was very communicative and responsive when we had an issue and he worked to resolve it quickly.

Janet’s place was beautiful! The entire home was amazing. The location was a little hard to find at first but once you locate it, it was okay. The community is building so there’s ALOT of construction so really the view was not great but i honestly would stay here again because once they finish building around the community it’s going to look nice. Also Janet’s alcohol cellar was perfect!! Nice touch to my bachelorette weekend

The villa was absolutely magical! We loved every minute of it from the pool to the kitchen and even the bedrooms. This was my first time in the Dominican Republic and the host gave us some amazing recommendations for everything we needed from the chef to the masseuse. Absolutely perfect!

100% a great place to book. It was nice and private but close to all the things i cared about doing. No complaints I’ll be back.

I had a great stay it was a real quiet neighborhood. Really good for families with children. Quick tip rent a vehicle if you are staying here as it is tucked away from the main roads. The host helped me rent a vehicle at a really good price which was greatly appreciated!

Yenmy and Ambroxis were very attentive, always responding to our needs within 10 to 20 minutes. Only thing missing, was a maid service for cleaning the villa and supplying fresh towels and linens. However, the villa was equipped with a laundry room and all of the supplies needed to clean and maintain the villa. My family and I were very pleased with renting this villa from Yenmy. Without a doubt, I will rent again with Yenmy.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The space itself was stunning — from the thoughtful layout to the gorgeous furniture, everything was perfectly curated and felt like a luxurious home away from home. Our host Gabriella was incredibly communicative and attentive, anticipating our needs even before we had to ask. We felt completely safe throughout our stay thanks to the 24-hour security on-site. This experience exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are happy to give her five stars all the way. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed for a few days and enjoyed the tranquility that characterizes this neighborhood! It's a new villa project, with hardly any people living there, which gives such a pleasant feeling of freedom. Amelia's house is full of lovely details. One of my favorite moments was enjoying my morning coffee on her patio and listening to the birds. They have 24-hour security, a community pool also they allow you to use and enjoy an artificial beach located on the nearby sister property Primaveral IV. If you ❤️ the beach like us, it’s a 20 or 25 minutes away, such as Playa Bávaro, Playa Macao, Los Corrales…..Amalias’s close to the city center, restaurants, shopping plaza, Coco Bongo and more . Punta Cana has it all! 😃Amelia is super sweet and attentive. We recommend her 100% and we give HER a 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ☺️See you soon!
