Entfliehe dem Trubel der Stadt und genieße die ländliche Ruhe mit idyllischem Seeblick und wunderbarer Badestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Unser kleines Ferienhaus (50 qm2) haben wir 2022 grundlegend saniert. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

Lovely apartment with terrace

Our 30 sqm apartment with 20 sqm south-facing terrace is located in an old house from the 17th century. You can spend a good time there with 2 people. There are private bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials of cooking utensils. The apartment is on the second floor and can therefore only be reached via the stairs. We have enough space for parking on our beautiful yard and you are right on the Baltic Sea beach with only a 45-minute drive!

Apartment No.2 Alte Schule Baumgarten

The 65 m² apartment is lovingly and comfortably furnished with stylish furniture, it is located in the attic. However, the fully equipped kitchen does not have a water & waste water connection, for which a dishwasher is available in the bathroom. You can reach your large bathroom to the apartment through a small hallway, the hallway is also access for the guests of our other apartment. Please look at the floor plan in the photo gallery.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Old manor house with idyllic wooded park, very quiet. The estate offers plenty of space for nature lovers and families with children. Our painter's apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living and dining room, a spacious bathroom with washing machine and bathtub as well as a small kitchen. Playground in the park and rowboat on nearby lake included. Horseback riding, cycling and canoeing in the immediate vicinity.
