Vacation rentals with beach access in Bauduen

Very nice place, peaceful and clean. It was easy to find parking nearby in May. The location is very good to visit the surroundings. Only two downsides: 1) the apartment is in the second floor and there is no lift, 2) In the evening you can smell the cooking of the below restaurant.

The studio is very small and therefore cozy, which should be considered when booking. There is no bed but a sofa bed. To get more space, you have to fold it back up. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very clean. From the balcony you have a view of the sea, which we liked very much. Private parking is also available, very convenient. The hosts were super accessible, helpful and very friendly, we are thrilled.

Excellent 2 bed apartment right on a small and quiet beech, roughly 15-20 minute walk to St Tropez centre. Great sushi place right across the road, balcony has great view right around the Golfe of St Tropez.

We are a family with young children. The place was exactly what we expected. Everything was close and easy to access. We could leave our car parked safely and go directly to the beach on foot. The apartment was very comfortable and the large terrace allowed us to eat and spend pleasant moments there. Super Host!!! Thank you!!! perfect for

Super central location for exploring gorgeous St Tropez!

We had such a fantastic stay at Celine and Jean Christophe’s apartment. They were exceptional hosts, very helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. The apartment is amazing, it has everything you could possibly need. They’ve thought of everything. The views are fantastic. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Very good place and a super nice host

Loved our stay here. The garden is the most beautiful with views overlooking the sea. The pollinators were so happy and busy buzzing while we swam in the pool. The decor of the interior was very charming and the AC worked splendidly! The kids loved the secret path to the garden from their room.

The house has a beautiful situation. Pleasant atmosphere in the house and garden. The two floors allow for different perspectives of the sea. No noise from the nearby coastal road. The dining table in the interior resembles a camping table (wobbles), as do the associated bar stools.

Once again a wonderful stay hosted by Pierre and Dom having stayed previously at another of their properties. A small miscommunication was encountered upon arrival but the speed in rectifying this was exemplary. Everything in the house was as described and peace and tranquility of the location was outstanding and it was a beautiful place to unwind. I look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Thank you for your hospitality and offering a sumptuous slice of escape in this ever maddening world.

We had a great stay at Violaine's villa. There were 4 of us and we were just after some relaxation and sunshine and this couldn't have been a better option for us. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space had lots of seating areas, sun loungers and a large dining table. Sadly we couldn't get the gas BBQ to work despite the caretaker coming out to show us how to get it going, so I think that might need replacing, but we just cooked our food in the kitchen instead so it didn't matter hugely. Violaine was very helpful and clearly cares about her guests. We visited Barca Beach club & restaurant which she recommended which we loved and were treated very well. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return!

Marie-Laure was very responsive & helpful from point of enquiry. The pictures and description of Villa are accurate. The Villa is finished to a very high standard, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay are provided. Mattresses & bedding are of a high quality. Spotlessly clean. Barbara provided a great welcome. Pool was lovely and lots of loungers and very comfortable chairs positioned so you can choose between sun and shade. Beach very close, with delicious crepes and beach bars within a few minutes walk. SPA shop and bakery within walking distance. All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We had a great time at Virginie and Ludovic's beautiful home. Virginie warmly welcomed us on our arrival, she was very flexible in the check-in and checkout times and was very responsive in our exchanges. The house is very nice, comfortable, very clean and modern, with a beautiful swimming pool all in the middle of the vineyards in absolute calm. We highly recommend this address!

We had a great time at Alain and his wife's place. Their house is beautiful and perfectly maintained with many amenities (weber barbecue, games room, etc.). The hosts are charming, available while remaining very discreet. The pool is a real gem, ideal for relaxing. And what to say about Sky, their adorable border collie, who added a nice dose of good humor to our stay! We would recommend this place without a second thought. ☺️

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

Philippe was an amazing host. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The studio is directly across the street from the beach, with an amazing view of the Gulf of St Tropez. The location of the studio was excellent as well, within walking distance of wonderful shops and restaurants and the ferry to St Tropez. A convenience store is two doors down, and a full supermarket a 5 minute walk. We stumbled upon a farmers market one day downtown and had some of the best cheese we’ve ever had. The space itself is as advertised. We spent our mornings overlooking the beach from the huge windows. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. One thing to not miss is the AMAZING water pressure and temperature in the shower, which we are not used to traveling through Europe. As others have mentioned, be prepared for the four story walk up to the apartment. But if you’re out all day like us it’s not a huge deal. Will come again. Thanks Philippe!

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

Vincent was very communicative and made the checkin process easy! The location was a minute away from the beach and several restaurants - peaceful and just what we needed.

Sylvia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. The apartment looks just like the pictures and is super cozy. In addition, it is extremely well equipped, there is actually everything you need. We therefore often cooked ourselves. The pool can be reached within 10 seconds (I timed it) and the facility is fantastic: the tennis court, the fragrant pine trees and the tranquility on a warm summer day. We would book again anytime! Thank you!

Pros: Apartment extremely well located for visiting the area, close to transport (especially by boat) and basic shops (Auchan/Super U, pharmacy, etc.). Very well decorated and organized, though a little small. Ideal for a couple or a single person. Super easy access to the beach as well as a swimming pool in the complex, which is very good. Cons: If you want to cook, there is little space to store food in the kitchen. Also, a little disappointed to have paid a supplement for linens, but to have had only the bare minimum (one dish towel for several days, no hand towels, etc.) All in all a great stay, we highly recommend it!

The apartment was beautifully decorated in a stylish Saint-Tropez vibe – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us: peaceful, yet close to the Marina of Cogolin with nice restaurants just around the corner. It was great not having to go into Saint-Tropez every time. We really enjoyed our stay!
