I loove the place!! Super appreciate the little details such as games, candle, YL diffuser, slippers, vanity kit, hand soaps. The overall look of the place is very cozy and homey. Will surely reco and would like to go back for sure!♥️

We much enjoyed Yen’s place. Very quiet and tranquil setting with beautiful view which we especially enjoyed with our morning coffee. Yen communications were prompt and helpful. We would stay again.

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

We had a very comfortable and cozy stay. Very responsive din po ang Host. Nasunod din po yung mga request namin. Which made the stay hassle free. Will surely book again next time.

Warm and accommodating

The host was a great host. They were very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful and had the most amazing view.

We stayed at Loriella’s place for one week. Her place is complete with everything a family needs to make one’s stay comfortable - complete kitchen supplies and appliances, washing machine/dryer, spacious sala/dining with a huge TV and lots of games. Security is excellent, they make sure that only owners and/or their guests can enter the property. The kitchen sink was quite small but its okay, you’ll get used to it. The toilet and bath was well-stocked but it would have been better if there were floor mats inside. Overall, we had a great time staying at Loreilla’s place.

Check in was smooth, despite the front desk being busy since it’s a holiday. Ate Weng met us at the lobby and she was kind and accommodating of our questions. The view from the balcony is amazing. It’s the highlight of the place - having the best view of Taal volcano and the whole lake while in the privacy of your own spacious balcony. The rooms are comfortable and homey. The building is also closest to the clubhouse amenities (compared to the other towers) and there’s also a small park where you can do some walking. It was an enjoyable experience staying at Don’s place.

The location was perfect, just walking distance to Skyranch. The kitchen was well equipped with condiments and cookware. We enjoyed the karaoke too! Highly recommended, will definitely book again!

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

We truly enjoyed our stay at your transient home. The place was beautiful—clean, spacious, and had a very homey atmosphere. The amenities were complete, and the overall experience was relaxing. My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

The staff is very accommodating, good location near to the market and restaurants, The house have a lot of activities to do, billiards, karaoke, binggo ect. All rooms has air-conditioning ,bathrooms and very spacious. Im sure that we will be back to this place.

The Adonis’s are such friendly gracious hosts that sincerely care and go out of there way to accommodate your needs and requests. They are courteous kind and do everything they can to ensure you are comfortable in their accommodations and in knowing where you are and where to go. They take you for a tour of the area and point out places of interest and good places to eat and any of the kind of places you are looking for. Just outstanding gracious kind friendly hosts.

A great place to stay for big groups. Big rooms and big space. Would recommend!

Es ist eine sehr schöne, saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft. Die Küche verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Außerdem hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick aus dem Fenster. Ich würde die Unterkunft nochmal buchen.

Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

The location is very easy to find. It's beside a mall and a catholic church. The place looks clean and it smells really good. I love it's big TV. Although there was no parking space, I didn't have any trouble because I was able to park my car in front of Carlo's Pizza without a charge and you also have an option to leave it to Ayala Mall for a fee. I would recommend this place to friends.

great place to stay in Pico. Room is good for 6. cooking amenities is good and complete. the water though feels weird when showering, takes like forever to rinse your body of soap. Pico de loro currently is doing renovations on the roads but it wont affect your stay. registration didn't took too long even though many visitors are coming due to long weekend.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The place was also clean, aesthetic, and the layout matched the photos. The amenities were also complete and everything was well-organized. Another high note was that the hosts provided Netflix and Prime as well. Overall, the place was great and we’ll definitely book this place again.

Everything was as described and we had a nice stay. Cecile greeted us and provided us an excellent tour of the condo. She was also very helpful throughout the stay (top notch job). This condo is well stocked and not too small. Internet ~200-300Mbps) and Aircon were reliable. The views are breathtaking! The only cons are that the linens are sheets were a bit old and did not smell good. Additionally, the water pressure was fairly weak. Of note, the balcony faces the road and the sliding door doesn't have the best sound insulation. When a loud motorcycle drives by, it is pretty loud, but overall the road isn't too busy at night.

My friends and I had fun! Room was squeaky clean and super bango! Ate mylene is the best!
