Vacation rentals with beach access in Batangas City

Katrina's place is nice and exactly what was advertised in the description and photos. The unit can accommodate up to 6 people, and is complete with necessities for our entire stay. The caretaker is also approachable and helpful. We didn't have any issues during our stay and the wifi is good. Overall, the place is a great place to stay and worth it.

3 days was worth it. You’ll most likely spend most of your time outside the unit- beach, pool, strolling, play pens, etc. Just be aware that the unit does not have a water dispenser due to hygene reasons, you’ll have to bring your own or have water delivered by the caretaker. The location itself is wonderful, pico de loro is a place I’d want to spend more time in, the lagoon and the pathways is just peaceful for early jogging, strolls. I’ll definitely return. Super enjoyed our stay at Bar and Marian’s unit!! Marian is very responsive and kind. Pico de loro is our go-to here in Batangas for yearsss and we always opt booking for a clean, spacious, and nice interior type of units whenever; their unit didnt disappoint!

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

We loved the place and the amenities that came with it such as board games, dental kits, extra blankets. The unit is easy to find and very near the pool, it was an easy walk for me and my toddler. Jose as a host is very responsive and he quickly addressed our needs. Overall a great experience and we’ll book this again in the future.

Sir Chris.was responsive to my initial queries and Ate Maurine was very and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and what we love was the complete kitchen amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained too. You can totally relax and enjoy the view.

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and clean home located in Nasugbu town proper. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to grocery stores, local restaurants, and the beach. It was also easy to get around, as tricycles frequently passed by right in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, and the overall layout of the home was comfortable and bedrooms had aircon. Hobert, Des, and home caretakers were very responsive, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the added sense of security with the lockable front gates. A great place to stay—highly recommended!

Rona’s place was the perfect home away from home, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, ideal for spending fun quality time with family and friends in a private neighborhood within walking distance to Laiya Beach which was especially delightful in the mornings when the tide and sunlight makes the beautiful scenery glow. Groceries, authentic Filipino food spots with home delivery options are nearby. The host, staff, and the locals are warm, friendly and helpful. We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay! The house was clean, bright, and airy, with thoughtful touches like Netflix, board games, and a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy for us to settle in and enjoy. The walk to the beach was only about five minutes and felt very safe, especially with no cars or traffic to worry about—perfect for families. We reported a few minor issues (like a small leak from the bidet), and the caretaker responded promptly, which we really appreciated. There was also a brownout during our stay, but the generator was turned on in under 3 minutes—super quick and seamless. Wi-Fi speed was okay, water and kitchen supplies were complete, and the whole place felt peaceful and homey. Overall, we had a lovely time and appreciated the quiet, cozy environment. Great for a laid-back family getaway!

The place is really nice and clean. The checking in process was smooth, there are several people that handled us, and they are all very responsive and friendly. When we entered the place it was very comfy and clean, all of the things needed are available to use.

The property is easy to find and had a parking area near the unit and near the common beach and lagoon. The unit is spacious enough to accommodate us all, clean and comfortable. As indicated in the listing, it has all the things we need to be able to cook and they even provide potable water. The hosts and the caretaker has been very responsive and arrange registration of guests in advance hence my family was able to enjoy the amenities prior to our check in time. As this is our 3rd time to visit the resort, we noticed that the amenities are well maintained and kept clean by the Management. Overall we had a wonderful vacation with no hassle.

Place is exactly as what they’ve advertised. Wifi is very reliable and it has everything you need for a worry free staycation. I highly recommend it and for sure we will be coming back in the future :)

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all our queries, which made the check-in and communication smooth. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

The room is really nice. Lahat ng fees na need bayaran nasa description na. Raquel is really nice as well. The aircon is good. The balcony is clean. Everything is perfect.

We stayed for a night and even just a few hours of staying we immediately regretted booking only for 1 night. The unit is amazing. Clean and complete kitchen appliances (though we did not use it). Pico de loro is exceptional so many things to do, the food is great and the beach is amazing. The entrance fee is worth it. Thank you Reenalee for an easy and great stay. Everything there is to know was sent in a pdf file that we didn't have a problem in familiarizing the place. We'll definitely go back!
