Will definitely come here again. One thing that amazed me is the place is different then others. I love the place very much.

It’s worth the stay if u are in a big group

Very quiet place. Excellent for relaxation. Only problem the nearest convenience store is one km+ away. But you can bring things through grab etc. House was very clean and spacious. Host is very responsive and helpful. First day the tv was not getting signal, host came all the way to help us. We are impressed. If you beed to cook for you or your toddler please bring along some utensils, bowls etc. You won’t have necessary utensils here. Otherwise all good. We enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely recommend this place if you want to stay at a budget-friendly accommodation.

I was with my family for 2 nights total of 5 families and it is 14 of us. We took the entire place(It’s a double storey landed house) and it’s very suitable if you’re with big family. From the beginning Imel was very responsive on my query and easy to dealt with. She was kind and giving tips on ferry tickets purchasing and which terminal is suitable and preferable and it helps me on planning my trips and since it is a big family trip unfortunately we didn’t use their drop & transfer services due to the limit of passenger. In this case we had already hire a driver.(Very rarely a homestay provided this services) The location is very near and it’s a walkable to Nagoya Hills. It is also near to the Harbour Bay ferry terminal. The neighbourhood is also peaceful and safe. Although Imel was not able to personally host me during my stay, she was being very helpful from the beginning we arrived and she had already arranged the housekeeper who is also her driver to welcome us. All is well

A good spacious unit with a wonderful view. Water heater was good, bed and sofa were comfy and the room was pretty clean. To top it off, the host Fifi was amazing. Always there to help when you need her. A wonderful host to deal with.

The place was so quiet and private! Quite a nice view from the 15th floor! Best sunset view you can get in evening time ! Looked exactly like the pictures shown! The host was very responsive and guided all along my stay ! It was very much helpful and I will highly recommend!!! Much love 🙌🏼😊

We had a great stay during our trip to Batam, the rooms are clean which have a double and single with an extra mattress which accommodated for 4 people. I really like that there are many cabinets and console tables there, also in the bathroom, so that i can put many stuff without having to put on the floor. View to the city and sea are great, which during the hari raya, we can see people gathering and many activities at the padang. Towels are clean and got extra, so we can bring to swimming pool. You just need to adjust with the time, the swimming pool gets crowded in the afternoon. Kitchen drawer and cabinet need to be cleaned though, i think the cleaning service skip that. Overall it was a great stay, will definitely be back again.

Place is a charm. Simple yet cosy. Place is newly renovated. Has a nice scent with amenities that could rival a hotel. Will come back definitely

Location is right next to the Batam Ferry Terminal so it’s very convenient with the Megamall just opposite as well. Good facilities, affordable price.

Booked and stayed in Mint's apartment for 2 nights. Very clean place and area is filled with food choices. Has 2 local marts just below the apartment to get almost anything that you need. Shopping malls nearby with just a few mins taxi ride there. Will definitely book Mint's place again when I return to Batam.

Very nice place to stay. The apartment is just right beside ferry terminal. Will consider staying here again next time.

The unit is as described, its cozy and homey. Internet maybe abit laggy but its out of host control. Other than that..none..we enjoyed our stay.
