Azanza is a charming little village, and this beautiful house is right at its heart. Spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped, and incredibly comfortable — modern yet cozy. We felt at home instantly. We’ll definitely be back!

Stunning place and would definitely come back. The house is self cooling however does not have a traditional air conditioner that allows you to adjust temperature. This wasn’t an issue however it is something to be mindful of if you are very sensitive to heat. Overall the place is an oasis unlike any I’ve stayed in before and the wineries and towns surrounding it are amazing.

The house is great, great location in a quiet area without external noise. We felt right at home.

Very nice and clean accommodation

For anyone going with dog(s). Two long walkable paths along the river for your dog(s) just across national road (50-100) from the house itself. Izaskun is animal lover, and she is super tolerant in that sense. The yard in front of the house has wall so if your dog is not cangaroo you are good. Everything about the place is more that good, not to write more superlatives than all 5 star notes I left to Izaskun. Nice weekend - we will probably repeat.

We were very comfortable, comfortable and clean apartment, the street below has a lot of atmosphere, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlor, parks for the kids... the kids had a great time, Samuel attentive and very kind, that's how it should be. Thank you for everything!!

great villa, even better in real life than in the pictures! Private and peaceful stay. Additionally the property is baby proof. Hosts were also very responsive and kind by giving local suggestions.

We had a great stay at this house. It is spacious and very well furnished, nicely furnished and it is pleasant to stay there. The garden is beautiful and we enjoyed it, the covered terrace allows you to eat outside even when it rains. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

We thought the villa was perfect for our little girl's weekend! Local taxi firms were very accomodating over text message as we could not speak spanish so we were able to Google translate and message them. (uber doesn't work in this area) The local GoT attractions do require booking to visit - which we did not realise but that was due to our own lack of foresight. The host was amazingly responsive, the water system was running cold and she was there within 20 mins to reset the boiler to get us hot water and to help us understand the cooking system. The villa itself was beautiful and the surrounding area was so beautiful to just sit and enjoy. Plenty of space in the villa and multiple bathroom and showers for larger groups of people. I would mention that having a car is essential to stay here for the local shopping and the check out process of disposing of the bins down the road.

This apartment is so cute and full of character. Elena was a great host that was proactive communicating and offered a flexible check-in. The village is small and peaceful and a short drive to all the glorious wineries in the area.

Absolutely wonderful place! The photos only capture a fraction of the feeling you get when you're actually there, gazing at the ocean all day long. We couldn’t take our eyes off the view - it’s simply mesmerizing. If you love surfing, this is the perfect spot. You can literally check the conditions from the comfort of the sofa, coffee in hand. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are some great restaurants within walking distance, and a grocery store just a short drive (or bus ride) away. Maria, Iñigo, and Sonia were incredibly kind and attentive—always available and going above and beyond. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

Great place in a quiet town

Wonderful quiet village. You really feel like you are away from It all. We so enjoyed our stay. The amazing bbq, garden and swimming pool was a highlight! Maria was a very kind host, giving our daughter some toys to play with and baking us a cake. Thank you for having us!

We had an amazing holiday staying at Alberto's place. The communications with him regarding check in/out and any queries we had was fantastic. He also kindly provided us with many suggestions of places to visit which was really helpful. The apartment is lovely, very clean and well equipped and was a perfect base for exploring the area.

Very welcoming and functional accommodation. Peaceful and very beautiful environment. Large grounds. The house is well-equipped and very pleasant to stay in. A special mention for the large outdoor terrace that's sunny all day long. Jan is an available and responsive host. Recommended

Great, friendly hosts and a nice apartment! We (2 adults) and our two dogs truly enjoyed our 3 night stay!

You need to Meet Joseba nearby and then you drive behind him up a mountain on a narrow road of 1200 m, where you bridge 185 meters of altitude. So pretty steep. But you get something in return. A mountain hut with a beautiful view all around.

Paul was a very helpful & communicative host, he was proactive & gave us many tips of what to do & eat in the town. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is largely off the tourist trail you could do worst than to stay at Paul's accommodation. This is a town where you can see real Basque people living authentic lives & not just another tourist trap.

We loved the location and the stay. Unfortunately, we had a whole week of rain, but as soon as the sun shines, the beach in front of the cottage is really very beautiful! We were allowed to bring our dog and the neighbors also have dogs, so they could play together. The cottage itself really has everything you need! Thank you for the good care.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, in a great location, and very comfortable. We had trouble getting in the main door but one of the other residents came and let us in before we had a chance to contact the owner. The owner was very responsive and kind when we did communicate.
