Hello, after researching many alternatives in Sapanca, we decided on Dut Sapanca. The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

Beautiful house and even more beautiful host. The view is very beautiful. The place is clean and tidy. There is a wonderful kitchen. It has everything you need. The pool has heated water. When we visited, the weather was sunny. I wished there was air conditioning, but in this beautiful weather, you won't need it. The host is helpful and kind.

Ataberk’s Bey’s family was so lovely and attentive to our requests and we really enjoyed staying at their home. We traveled with our pups who loved the backyard.

Nice place to stay specially during summer, Great pool and location in where you can find everything just by walking you will also have the lake view on the highest floor The place was clean and Batur was always responsive. Just bring your shampoo’s, soap and extra sheets and towels, we didn’t need more and didn’t ask for more but would be better if there were more to use Generally I recommend the place to everyone

We had a very nice weekend vacation. Undoubtedly, Mr. Halil has the biggest share in this. She hosted us very well and the house was very clean. She was always supportive in the background. It responded to our every need as quickly as possible. It was a clean and convenient villa. We would like to thank Mr. Halil for making it feel like our own home.

It was a nicer place than it looked in the photos. When we went, we had an unfortunate water outage, the room was neighborhood-related, we did not encounter any external problems. It was very enjoyable to watch the view on the observation deck. It's definitely a place we'd like to go again. We highly recommend it.

We stayed in Mr. Serkan's big villa for 2 nights with 3 families. Thankfully, Mr. Serkan greeted us at the door, he was very friendly and kind. The house was already the same as the photo, it was clean. Great location, very close to markets and so on, very nice. If we go again, Sapanca will be the place we will prefer again. Thank you

Mr. Erkan communicated very well with us from the moment we made the reservation. The house was clean and tidy as it looked in the pictures. The pool temperature was extremely good. The use of the hot tub, the garden, the barbecue were all enjoyable. The only thing missing about the house was the lack of sleeping equipment for 5 people, but we talked about it. I think they will consider it for the future. It is in a good location in terms of proximity to Kartepe and the Istanbul road. However, having a few factories around may cause problems for those with asthma problems.

The place was very nice, it was a quiet place, there was only a problem with the water, the hot tub was full in a very long time, the hot water was problematic when taking a shower, its interior heating was very nice, I hope we will be on our way again

We went with a large group of friends and the size of the house met our requests. The house was clean and tidy. The heated pool temperature was good enough. The hot tub and hammam concept inside the house are a nice alternative, although we do not have much opportunity to use them. The host also answered our questions right away. We had a very pleasant weekend, I think it is a very good option, especially for large groups.

The apartment we rented for the weekend was literally great. First, the view was breathtaking and offered a perfect setting for relaxing. The house was extremely clean and the items in it were quite high quality, which made me feel like I was in my own home. It's a place where we only go for 3 days as a family, and we wish we could stay a lot longer. Transportation by car is very easy, close to the center, where you can meet all your needs. We're already planning to stay longer next year.

We had a great stay.. the feeling of the house was so warm, we never wanted to leave. There was nothing lacking in hygiene. It felt like our own home. It's a full chalet, we had a quiet and peaceful time with nature in the fresh air. Crowded families can stay comfortably without hesitation. We would like to thank Ms. Çiğdem very much, no matter what time it was, she was caring and quick to respond to us. We look forward to coming back:)
