Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Das Preis Leistungsverhähltniss war super. Der Host war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns bei allen Anliegen weitergeholfen. In der Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu Fuß zu unternehmen und es ist nah an Mactan Newton. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die ich so noch in keiner Unterkunft gesehen habe und ebenfalls ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen!

Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . We had a very comfortable stay at Ms. Belle’s place! It’s spacious, clean, and perfect for big groups or families. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth. The only small con is the location — it’s a bit of a steep walk to get to the apartment if you're on foot. But this can easily be managed with a Grab or car service. Plus, the walk isn't too bad and can be a healthy bonus if you're up for it! Overall, a great stay — would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with a group or looking for a cozy, well-equipped home.

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

We had a peaceful and pleasant stay at Jessica’s this June 2025. We booked the place because price was just right, quite spacious, with 2 airconditioned bedrooms, 1 CR, living room with Smart TV (including Netflix, YouTube, etc). Kitchen utensils were available. We just needed a refill for soap and shampoo when we arrived. The place was at the building near the guardhouse and next to the clubhouse. The unit was at the 3rd floor, but we had no issue or trouble with climbing the stairs. The swimming pool can be accessed 8am-10pm daily. It was just located across the building. There were clean large towels enough for us. All appliances were functioning and in good condition. The whole place was well-maintained. It was also very accessible to public transportation and there are some nearby restaurants on the area. You can ride jeeps just by the guardhouse. Checkin was very easy and Ms Jessica gave clear instructions for check in and check out, and how to get there from the airport.

our stay was truly worth it-clean and well-maintained unit with a relaxing ambiance, complete amenities, and a beautiful balcony view. the unit had everything we needed. it's a great experience.

I stayed at Jane's place for three months while working in Cebu City, and it was my second time here, I didn’t think twice about coming back. Jane is a fantastic, responsive host, though I hardly needed to reach out since everything went smoothly. The building is welcoming, with great amenities: a small shop downstairs, a filtered water dispenser for easy refills, a laundromat, and a pool with a study area that was perfect for working from home. The community feel really stands out compared to other condos I have stayed in before...it's a smaller building, so over time you get to know the friendly staff and neighbors. The unit itself is well-equipped with AC, a large fridge, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a lovely view of the hills. It’s also in a great location..less than a 10-minute walk to IT Park and close to some excellent cafes and canteen. Traffic on Salinas Dr can be heavy, but the building sits on a quiet side road, making it peaceful despite the central location.

Spacious and clean—definitely worth every penny! The place was peaceful and had a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for winding down. It's also in a great location if you need to stay near the airport. The host was very responsive and extremely accommodating with all my requests. The bed was comfortable, the aircon worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast. I also appreciated the bathtub—it was a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

Ms. Rosette was a fantastic and very approachable host. The unit was very spacious and looked exactly what the images showed. Super clean and had everything we needed ( esp. the washing machine and the water dispenser ). Location was also good and very peaceful.

King ano makikita mo about sa room , all in talaga . super clean pa talaga and meron pa free coffee, biscuits and water . The owner is mabait active masyado sa pag response sayo sa mga tanong . we booked the day our 3days stay and it's worth it for the money you paid . Super recommended .

Nice place, close to shop down below. cleaned and comfortable. except the Bathroom sink wasn't draining the water. and kitchen sink strong very offensive odour. just need to cleaned more better perhaps need vinegar with baking soda to fix the odour. but overall very nice place and friendly staff and room is cleaned and comfortable. spa wasn't heated, but it was ok. thank you for the lovely stay and nice spot until next time

Having stayed in Cebu previously, I wish I had done more research and found this lovely penthouse for our previous trip. The location in Mactan is ideal, the view superb, the kitchen well equipped and overall the penthouse was very clean and very comfortable. Grace helped us with transport which, having been to Cebu previously, was still very much appreciated. With my partner being a filipino we will be returning to Cebu and definitely look to re-book with Grace.

The place was excellent, it had all the ammenities you need. Location is perfect, walkable to many good restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was great - very responsive and helpful.

We arrived late at night. The location was perfect, It’s very close to the airport. The home was cozy and clean, and The hosts were always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!
