Elegant and very bright villa, just 1 hour from the city of Valencia, with 5 bedrooms and capacity for 12 people. Located in La Drova, in a quiet residential setting among mountains, perfect for unwinding. Only 2 km from Barx and 14 km from Gandía beach. IMPORTANT: For stays of less than 3 nights, a surcharge of €200 (not included in the advertised price) will be applied for fixed costs of preparation, cleaning and laundry. Because of this, we accept reservations for 1 or 2 nights.

You can walk to Cala Advocat and Cala Baladrar, leaving your car in our parking lot. If you don't have a car, there is public transportation that passes in front of the Villa. In addition, we have an Aldi supermarket 100 meters away. Important notice in the description of the space.

Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
