Vacation rentals with a patio in Barranco

Beautiful place , in a great location , about 5-10 minute walk from a beautiful beach view and touristic restaurants and painted walls. Very romantic and nice area , many great places to grab a bite at around. Check in was smooth. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy pool or jacuzzi but everything pictured looks as is. Very nice place would definitely book again!😊

Ana's place was amazing!! the best airbnb we stayed at on our peru trip. We are two remote workers, the wifi was great for both of us. Her attention to detail, little touches like coffee, water and even body strays in the bathroom made you feel she really cares about your stay and comfort. beautiful location, we can recommend this place enough!

for not having MTA thing close I found the value a little high and not to mention that it was almost day and night a person serving customers as if they had a motel on one side I made several complaints but nothing was resolved.

Very nice location and building with a pool and gym! Communication went smoothly and the accommodation was very comfortable and clean! I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again in the future!

Amazing apartment to stay at. It’s located in Barranco, which is definitely my favorite neighborhood in Lima. The building’s reception were always available which was nice. Never had any issues during my stay, but it’s nice to have an available reception desk in case anything happens. Pedro Daniel is an amazing host! His responses were incredibly quick. I definitely recommend staying in this apartment when you’re in Lima if you plan on visiting Barranco/Miraflores.

I stayed at Linette's while enjoying the restaurants in Lima and loved it! This is like a brand new luxury building in a trendy neighborhood and it all felt so elevated. The view from the apartment was incredible. Everything inside the apartment looked brand new. The front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful too. I will say both nights I stayed the fire alarm randomly went off for about 10 seconds and then stopped on its own both times. One around midnight and the other around 5AM the next night. I was asleep so I'm not sure why they went off. That's not under Linette's control though. She was so friendly and kind. I would totally stay here again!

I really loved staying here -- the apartment was even nicer in person, super modern, and had everything I needed! I felt right at home, the balcony adds a nice touch and I absolutely loved the pool. Giovanna is a super friendly and responsive host. The location was great, too!

Mariela and Francisco were wonderful hosts. The Airbnb was perfect for our stay; we felt right at home. The place looks even better in person than in the photos! We’d definitely go back and highly recommend it to others.

The best place to stay, Claudia is an excellent host with very cordial and friendly treatment, the house is wonderful, 100% recommended. I took my one-year-old son and I loved the house from the moment we arrived. We were close to restaurants and the location was close to everything. The garden of the house is wonderful, I will be back very soon.

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

It is a house located in the residential area of Barranco, the house is very spacious and has independent access, the host is super communicative and willing to help.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy non-apartment home located in a nice neighborhood in Miraflores, walking distance from several great restaurants, bars and cafes. The residence is thoughtfully furnished and well equipped, including soap and shampoo in the bathroom and all the kitchen and dining essential supplies. The bed was very comfortable. Only the shower has hot water. At $59/night on a special offer, it's a good deal. Max was a responsive virtual host, and we had no issues with check in and check out using the digital lock. Make sure to read through the lengthy list of additional instructions and the hefty accompanying fines for non-compliance :)

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

Great apartment great building great location, Great host, Host was very accommodating allowing me to check in early, highly recommend.

Good floor plan but a small bathroom. Unfortunately, the apartment did not have Claro cable TV, so I did not have access to English speaking channels and news.

Everything was good. The location is great to explore both Barranco and Miraflores. The apartment has got everything one could need for a city trip and communication with Mafer was friendly and efficient!

Fantastic stay. Sincere, welcoming hosts that really made me feel at home. Would certainly recommend.

If you are looking to stay in the heart of Amazing Barranco, look no further.. A great host, a great location, great security and staff. I didn’t want to leave.. Came as a guest and left with friends. An amazing time.
