In Mencshely, on the north shore of Lake Balaton, near Dörgicse (4km) and Balatonakali (8km), an incredibly renovated holiday home. Our house is in a quiet little street with a large and beautiful garden. On the lower floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and bathroom with washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with air conditioning and a small common area. The cottage has a covered and open terrace, barbecue, cauliflower place and carport.

Authentic Hungarian cottage with playroom

Our unique Hungarian-style guesthouse was built in early 19th century and its furnishings, even after renovation, are reminiscent of that era. It is located 7 km from Lake Balaton and 4 km from Káli basin, on the northern shore of the lake. All the important rooms (kitchen, bathroom, spacious living room, bedroom) are on the ground floor, with a steep staircase to the attic leading to a more modern bedroom. It is a listed building. Accomodates max. 5 people. Nice indoor playing area for kids.

When we found this house in the Balatonfelvidék, we knew that we would not only renovate it for ourselves, but also for others to enjoy the large garden, comfortable, well-equipped apartments, views, or simply village tranquility. Surrounding hillsides covered in grapes, forests, and meadows encourage biking, the proximity of Lake Balaton attracts bathing, sunbathing, and a rich selection of surrounding restaurants and local wineries guarantee a relaxation at the end of the day.

Love Shack

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Villa WHICH 2.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. The terrace of the house mostly overlooks the vineyards. The house comes with a 45 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

Air-conditioned apartment with separate entrance in a fully renovated and nicely furnished house in a quiet rest area of Balatonakali, 450 m from Lake Balaton. The apartment has a barbecue terrace, garden, parking, trampoline for children, nest swing. Bikes are provided for a hike. In addition to thorough cleaning, the ozone generator departs. The owner is helpful, kind, and important for the guest to have a good time.
