In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

The apartment is of high quality and sustainably furnished, from the air purifier, the "Hüsler Nest" bed and mattress system in the bedroom to the water filter and sparkling water maker with glass containers in the kitchen, high-quality and mostly natural textiles in all rooms, real wood cherry parquet in all living rooms and granite floor in the bathroom, everything is geared towards luxurious living and well-being.

Idyllic in-law in the countryside close to the city

Our accommodation (with separate entrance) is close to the forest area, yet close to the city (10 min. to the main train station). The university can be reached by bus in 9 minutes! You love our place because of the location, the peace, the views and the atmosphere in the freshly renovated artist house. Our place is good for traveling peace seekers, and couples, unfortunately not for kids.
