Great location on Passeig de Gracia. The turistic tax will be required after the reservation has been formalized, because it's not possible to include it in the final total price. It will have to be paid before checking in. The amount to be paid is 5eur per person and night (maximum of 7 nights), persons under 16 are excluded.

My apartment it's located next to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral, just one block away! Tourist tax is included, so no extra charges! I have given a special touch, combining the old building with a modern loft style, and my goal is that you feel at a second home. Two large glass doors allow access to the balcony that overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).
