Zo hebben we een Jacuzzi, grote inloopdouche, AC, haardvuur, volledig uitgeruste keuken enzovoort. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en de sofa in de leefruimte kan omgevormd worden tot een dubbel bed. Buiten geniet je van twee terrassen, een barbecue, een verwarmde eettafel, een loungeset, zonnebedden, een hangmat en een badmintonveld.

A házban 3 hálószoba, két fürdőszoba és felszerelt konyha található WIFI eléréssel, LED tv-kel, fenyőbútorokkal. A Mecsek erdei pár perc sétával elérhetőek a háztól. Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

The apartment is located 400 meters from Tettye on the edge of the forest, the last house on the street, exceptionally quiet and peaceful. Every room has a beautiful view of the city. A total of 135 square meters + two terraces. Two large bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed in the living room, an office, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen.
