A holiday home with a heart and soul in a picturesque landscape of Latgale countryside. We really appreciated the hospitality, warmth and responsiveness of the hosts, the beautiful, authentic interior of the house and at the same time that the house is equipped with all the comforts. We had a great relaxing time in the garden in front of the house with an outdoor table, hammocks and swings. Thank you to the hosts for being able to purchase delicious and quality farm products! This is the right holiday home for all who are looking for real tranquility, appreciate the natural beauty and authentic environment of ancient times. We will definitely be back!

Probably the coziest place in all of Latvia. “Vecooli” is definitely not just a house — it's a feeling. In every detail of the house feel the sincerity and care that the hosts put in. Everything here makes you stop, breathe deeper and just be. And Elderboys - Sheep and Bathroom! I'm excited! If you're looking for a place to really relax and feel at home, this will be the one.

Love this place. Peacful and private as we like. Surrounded by nature. City Balvi very close. Place was very clean and homy. Hosts helpful and responsive. It was my second time to stay in this beautiful place.

Very nice apartment, we slept very good cause the mattress was just perfect 🤩. Jolanta was very responsive, stayed only for one night, didn’t have time to explore surroundings.
