In the former hayloft on the 1st floor we have furnished a cozy apartment for 5 people on approx. 56 square meters - with a view of the Eselsburg valley. The well-equipped kitchenette is located in the living/dining area, where grandma's refurbished sofas from the sixties have also found their place. From here you can access the partially covered, spacious balcony. Good WiFi and smart TV. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds that can be put together.

This very bright and beautiful house is located in the best location and close to the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town. (about 5 min to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the motorway connection. For nature lovers: the house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging etc. in the immediate vicinity.

A8 & A7 are in approx. 10-15 minutes, while the university in Geislingen/Steige and the University of Ulm are 15 minutes away by car.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

Modern apartment with panoramic views

The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast cafe is right in front of the house. You can drive to Ulm and the science city in 15 minutes by car, and 15 minutes to Legoland. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a Panoramic view over the Swabian Alb. Located in Heldenfingen, the holiday home "Bikerhäusle" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A high chair is also available.

If you want more in nature, you can see the ice cream caves in the Lonetal and Achtal. A parking space is right at the property. In the village, it has a baker and butcher. Other options are about 6 km away.
