Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Balkan Mountains

We booked a room in Maria & Zicã’s beautiful house for our return trip from Greece. We arrived very late, around 21:00. Maria prepared dinner for us, including fresh out of the oven bread, and of course house wine! We felt so welcomed! The next day when we woke up, Maria invited us for breakfast before leaving, and we ended up having a coffee and a chat with both of them, we kind of forgot we have to leave :) We felt like home at Maria & Zicã’s house, once again thank you both very much!

Nice hostel in the centre of Sofia with a nice staff. The room was clean, as the rest of apartment, and had everything I wanted. I stayed there only one night and everything was good.

The villa and the room were fantastic. Luxurious linens and towels, amazing breakfast, wonderful hosts. This - on top of the fact that Sinaia is a stunning mountain resort. The villa is accessible by car as well, but walking up to it is a pleasure in itself. I highly recommend it.

Tsvetan's place was cosy and the hosts were very helpful. We had very tasty breakfast and even tastier dinners. The rooms were cleaned every day and. The hosts were very punctual every morning and afternoon when shuffle us with their van to the slopes and back. We highly recommend this place.

Anfitriones maravillosos, atentos, hospitalarios y solidarios en la orientación de la zona. Sin duda recomiendo la zona, muy tranquila y amigable.

We had a brilliant stay here, we were excited going in yet our expectations were still greatly exceeded. The location is excellent and the B&B itself is incredibly modern and has everything you could possibly expect/need. Really couldn't recommend it enough as a place to stay in Varna.

O experienta pe care as repeta-o in fiecare luna, pentru acea deconectare de care avem nevoie din cand in cand. Este un loc magic, linistit, unde iti incarci bateriile de la padurea care inconjoara locatia si iti ofera o priveliste minunata, de la mancarea absolut delicioasa pregatita cu drag si de la ospitalitatea gazdelor, bineinteles, mereu atente si care re rasfata pe deplin. Cu siguranta voi reveni si recomand din suflet sa petreceti un weekend la Satul Banului. -Locatie spectaculoasa -Camere superbe -Mancare delicioasa -Activitati pe alese -Relaxare in curtea mare, pentru mici si mari. :)

We were delighted to be the first guests at this great location. The hosts were the most accommodating and friendly I’ve experienced on Airbnb. Lovely air-conditioned apartment right in the centre or Byala. All amenities you need for an amazing holiday. Short walk to great restaurants, shops and the beach. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Byala. 5 Stars!

This Airbnb is unlike any other place you've been to. Make sure to pay attention to the description how to get there and the photos of the listing which are perfectly showing the directions you have to follow with your car. The place itself has a huge yard with absolutely stunning view overlooking the mountains. The rooms are clean and furnished in traditional Bulgarian style. There are no shops around, but there are various snacks which you can buy from the small restaurant at normal prices. Even though the food choice is not huge, I can guarantee you that the host Stefan will prepare some delicious traditional Bulgarian food for you. Last but not least, don't leave without trying the homemade wine and rakia as you will miss a lot.

Our stay at Rosy’s place was excellent. Rosy is an excellent hostess. She likes to pamper her guests. A very nice breakfast was prepared for us as well as the dinner, on the balcony with view at the Danube river, that he prepared for us was delicious. Breakfast is included in the price. Rosy is truly an amazing cook. The house is located on a hill with a great view of the Danube with a wonderful sunrise. The room was comfortable and clean. Thank you Rosy!!

Bogdan's place is a nice refuge outside the center of Campulung.It has a lot of green space,even a little lake,big balconies and a classic style

Nous avons apprécié la situation de cette guest house dans un village authentique et tranquille, à une dizaine de kilomètres seulement de Malyovtsa. Ivan et sa femme nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et ont été "aux petits soins pour nous". Leur expérience de la montagne et leurs conseils concernant les balades nous ont été très utiles.

Uwe and his wife where very friendly and welcoming. He even picked us up from the next small city as we had missed our bus stop. The house is in good walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach wich is very pretty. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

We have ben hosting by Mark’s wife wonderfully:) So nice, so careful with us. The bed is very confortable, the house pretty, the hot tub cool ;),and the breakfast perfect . Nice to practice also a little bit of english😅. Thank you Franschesca;) Hope to see you once again ! Julie

There was some confusion about the price of the reservation. They did not list correctly on AirBnb but the price of overall was good.
