A háztól mindössze 100m-re van a Balaton! A Szárcsa utcában található egy saját palló, amit az utcában lévő másik 4 ház használ, ezen keresztül lehet megközelíteni a vizet. Maga az utca zsákutca, így nincs átmenő forgalom, csendes, békés. A szabadstrand is 5-7 percre van gyalog, így kényelmesen megközelíthető bármikor. Bevásárlási lehetőség (Aldi) 10 perc sétával közelíthető meg. A Házikó kényelmes 6+2 fő számára: 2 háló+ 1 ajtóval elszeparálható nappali.

This is a stunning, newly-built and newly furnished, open plan apartment on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to its private garden and patio. The apartment is built on a slope, into the hill and it is truly relaxing. It is located in the picturesque Fonyódliget, surrounded by nature and hiking paths. The beach is less than 5 – 10 minutes walk away and Fonyód town centre is about a 15-20 minutes relaxing stroll by the lake.

Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.

A hely adottságából adódóan a konyhából a Balatonra lehet látni. Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
