Charming little wooden house, with the best location.

My little quirky wooden house, will allow you to calm down - Relax in this unique and cozy home. You will have Dyrehaven, Bellevue beach and Klampenborg station within a few minutes walking distance - and thus be in the center of Copenhagen with all its art museums and temptations in 15 minutes with the Kystbanetoget. My lush garden and lovely wooden terrace are ideal for quiet moments and various coziness with or without the shade of the awning. Furthermore, my house, lots of older cozy decor + wooden terrace also on the 1st floor.

From the apartment, it is only a 10-minute walk to Charlottenlund Forest and the beautiful Charlottenlund Castle Gardens. Walk another 10 minutes and you will reach Charlottenlund Strandpark - a popular beach with green areas, bathing bridges and views of the Øresund. The beach is child-friendly and has good facilities, including toilets and a kiosk nearby.

Lovely 1-bedroom studio apartment in Charlottenlund

Centrally located in Charlottenlund is this 42 sqm weather with a secluded view to the east, over Ordrup Park. 5 min to the two main shopping areas of Charll, 10 min to the station and another 15 min, then you are in the center of Cph. Close to forest and beach, Charll forest, Dyrehaven etc. The bed is 160x200 cm and is a new Dunlopillo bed - with a large double duvet. PPS: And of course, there is no smoking in my apartment. Don't know where else to write it :)
