Our unique place has a style all its own. Located on five acres there is always something in bloom on our property. This efficiency apartment, located on the ground floor of our home, has its own entrance, a Queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom with a standing shower, living room with tv, community gym, and washer and dryer access, Our pond has bass, so bring your fishing pole, or read a book while sitting by a babbling creek. Enjoy a small fire at the whimsical chiminea located in the patio area.

The Blue Pearl is a nearly 100 year old cottage style home! It has been fully renovated with much of the renovations paying homage to a previous era thus keeping the charm of the original structure. Spacious front porch with large swing, rear patio and privacy fenced backyard are perfect for relaxing! The 3 bd/1 ba cottage near historic downtown Crestview. A short commute to the worldfamous beaches of the Emerald Coast as well as numerous rivers and recreational opportunities in the local area.

Just a few hundred yards from the edge of Blackwater River State Forest, The Camping Dutchman is on one of several large wooded campsites on 14 acres of fully fenced in property. We have a gated entrance and a 1/2 mile hiking trail on property. Hosts live on front corner of the property. Destin, Pensacola, Ft. Walton Beach, & Navarre are each only a 40-45 mins drive and several river accesses are < than 10 mins away, with a couple of creeks <2 miles away. A grocery store is 3 miles away.

The kitchen features a central island with a granite countertop, surrounded by light cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Natural light filters through the two large windows with blinds, illuminating a cozy breakfast nook with a small table and two chairs.

The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. This is the place for hunters hunting blackwater! Blackwater State Forest is steps away from the camper and river, just a two minute drive down the road. The 2022 camper has new linens and pillows, super clean and stylishly decorated. The full-size bunk beds are roomy and comfortable.
