Espacio tipo loft muy luminoso, con amplio balcón y con decoración muy actual y elegante, situado en una casa histórica del barrio bajo de la ciudad, magníficamente situada en el centro y a dos pasos de la playa. Totalmente reformado, Junio de 2022, a estrenar. Equipado con todo tipo de comodidades (aire acond, wifi, smart tv, lavavajillas, lavadora, cuna-parque, electrodomésticos de cocina, plancha de ropa y secador de pelo).

Lovely loft

Disfruta de la sencillez y elegancia de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico. El apartamento ocupa parte de la planta baja de nuestra casa de huéspedes, tiene entrada directa desde el patio y disfruta de dos enormes ventanas, lo que lo hace muy luminoso todo el año. Se trata de un mini loft con una mini cocina, una zona de estar y dormitorio todo en uno. Dispone armarios, TV, baño privado, WIFI y por supuesto si lo deseas, puedes utilizar el patio de nuestra casa. No se hace limpieza diaria.

Apartamento Loft en pleno centro del casco antiguo de Cádiz. A un paseo de todos los centros de interés. Ideal para parejas o cuatro personas. Con todas las comodidades. Aire acondicionado, Wifi, TV Led (2), cocina con lavavajillas, horno, inducción, lavadora, etc. Máximas calidades. Cuarto de baño espectacular. Dos amplias camas de matrimonio, una de ellas a diferente altura y todo en un espacio diáfano. Ver fotos. No creo que encuentres nada mejor situado y de mejor relación calidad/precio.

Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Beautyful Loft with everything you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

A bright, open studio features a sleeping area with a spacious bed and neatly arranged linens. Natural light floods in through multiple windows. A small dining table, a television, and a kitchenette are also visible, enhancing the practical use of space.
