Great stay with a very responsive host!

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! Amazing place! The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier, which was very convenient. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay: it was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. It felt very homely and comfortable. Highly recommend to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was just as described and perfect for a couple. Spent most evenings watching the sailboats in the harbor from our balcony. Very walkable to shops, restaurants and things to do. My only complaint is that i wasnt made aware that i needed to provide my own toliet paper (only 2 were provided for 8 nights). We were lucky to have a car and be able to run back to store again, but most airbnbs either provide enough or tell you prior to bring your own. The pool was nice, and i enjoyed it daily. We did have A LOT of difficulty finding the building, but that is our fault for not being able to read french LOL. Downloads those maps before you get there! Thanks for a great experience!

Kathy’s place exceeded our expectations and was so hard to leave. Kathy and Zackarie were fantastic hosts who made us feel right at home. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise in a great area. The market right on the street was super convenient, and there were plenty of great local spots nearby, including a must-visit tiki bar down the road called Ratafia. The beach was within walking distance, and it was such a joy to be able to bring our dog. The island is incredibly dog-friendly. There’s really no better place to stay on the island. We’re so glad we found a new home away from home!

I can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful time Élodie! It’s exactly like the photos, picturesque! The bed is very comfortable. Everything works perfectly. Having coffee out on the deck, overlooking my own little section of beach was just what I was praying for and that’s exactly what I got! The beach is lovely to swim in. Élodie provided everything we could possibly need and more. I felt immediately at home and cannot wait to come back. The location is walkable to the main street where you can find several nice places to eat. To note is that the beach is accessible from the house via little stairs that are kind of like a ladder. For us it was totally fine!

This stay was one of the best ones I’ve ever had! It had an amazing view and in distance for most things. Yvan and Randy were great and very responsive, I would definitely recommend this place for this great price

Great place to stay, very spacious, super equipped, the roof terrace is beautiful, especially I like the surroundings, safe, quiet and within 20 minutes walk from the airport. I was now at a Paul's place for the second time and can 100% recommend this apartment. Price / performance.

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

great location, quiet while being close to many bars and restaurants. Cozy cottage very well equipped with its small tree-lined gardens, a little paradise. I would 100% recommend it, can't wait to go back.

We just got back from an incredible trip in SXM celebrating a milestone birthday with friends at this absolutely amazing villa! The villa is designed beautifully and so very comfortable. We were a group of three couples and it was the perfect amount of space. Melissa was an excellent host! We have traveled extensively and she was truly the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We hired the chef she recommended and enjoyed delicious gourmet meals! All of her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We also went on a magical boat ride with a captain she recommended. Lastly, the location is so perfect! It was easy to get to many of the main beaches and super close to shopping. The short kayak ride to Pinel Island was a highlight of our trip, not to be missed!! We loved the option for easy, quick kayak adventures to explore the beautiful surroundings. St. Martin was extra wonderful thanks to Melissa and this fabulous villa! We hope to return someday!

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

The home is everything you want and more! New and modern furniture paired with beautiful delicate decorations and plants. The home really has every appliances and utensils you might need (from alluminium foil to veggie cutter.. ). the balconies offer an amazing view of the lagoon and even cruise ships that pass by. The walk-in shower passes through to the balcony with an amazing view of the lagoon. From the moment you arrive you feel right at home! Marion is very attentive, welcoming and discreet and if needed always available to offer help or advice. Marigot is a beautiful caribbean town during the day with everything you need (bakery, pharmacy, small supermarket, restaurants and bars.. ) The surrounding area of the lagoon is unfortunately a little run down and in the evening and night it's a little shabby. However in the evening from your balcony you can hear a faint jazzy music coming from the restaurants around the lagoon which is very pleasant. We can't wait to be back!

Delighted with this stay where we discovered a huge studio very well arranged and decorated. A large and beautiful bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is available for a perfect stay. little noise from nearby parking. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. A huge TV and a safe as a bonus. 2 minutes to a supermarket, a bakery, an Italian, Thai and rotisserie restaurant. 2 huge swimming pools by the lagoon with a beautiful view. In short, for 3 days of rest we had everything on site without a car. Back on the island after several years we will keep this property in mind for a future stay. Highly recommend this apartment.
