Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

There are plenty of opportunities for activities in the surrounding areas such as Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim and Karlsruhe. Hikers and cyclists will also get their money's worth. In addition, a refreshing swimming lake is just 500 meters away. Guests can walk to the EDEKA supermarket, bakery and train station in 10 minutes.

We were at Denis's place for work and three of us, which was perfect, just like she was built. Parking was easily possible right across the street, there is a charging option right by the house for electric cars. For our purpose, everything was best, the rooms with the respective beds, were nicely furnished and each room had its own TV, which allowed you to retreat well. The bathroom was absolutely clean and very pleasant. There was nothing missing in the kitchen, the big table, as well as the balcony with seating was ideal for us to hold smaller meetings. Communication with Denis was also easily possible, he is very accommodating, friendly and sympathetic. We were all very satisfied with him in the meantime and can absolutely only recommend this accommodation!
