A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

This place has such incredible views. Its a fairly quiet area and private area, with a couple of beautiful callas nearby. It’s everything David listed and more!

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is nicer than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always available, I would love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pine trees and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to returning.

This is a beautiful, clean, spacious and conveniently located apartment. It felt very safe and quiet - although we visited off season, I imagine the urbanisation can be busy in the summer months. The beaches, shops and restaurants are a short stroll away. We would love to stay again in the future

Stunning apartment, great location, very responsive hosts. Amazing way to check in & a complimentary late check out as our flight was a late one home Only feedback would be to maybe have some chairs or beds for use by the pool as there were only two. On one day there was another couple so we had to sit on the floor so went to the beach which was no issue Other than that would definitely stay again ! David's place was lovely. It had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We thought the apartment was better than the photos. It is very near the beach, swimming pool and playground. Lots of little extras like books and toys for kids. We would definitely return. Communication with David was great. Thank you David

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Fabulous apartment so close to the beach yet lovely & quiet. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need on holidays. The grounds of the complex & the pool are so well maintained & so peaceful. We are a family of 4, with 2 young kids & this apartment was perfect for us! Greg was very responsive on any small issues we had & nothing was a problem! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that might be looking at it!

We were lucky enough to stay in this apartment for a month. It is spacious and has everything you need for a long stay, there is even plenty of storage space. It is modernly decorated and everything looks new and clean. It's even better than the pictures. The location is perfect; very close to the sea, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the door, and there is an enclosed parking garage. We stayed in winter and did not use the pool, but I can imagine that it is wonderful! Amparo was extremely friendly. She gave us tips about the area and we were allowed to check out when this was convenient for us. Thanks again for everything ! We went to love Jávea😁.

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

Had a wonderful week in Xabia, the location is perfect for the port and the Arenal. Really nice apartment with all we needed and the pool was wonderful, for a family of four i couldn't recommend it enough. Angela helped any time we needed it but we didn't really. Arrived early and accommodated it, left early and did the same, all you can ask for!

Great stay. A short walk to town but both a hotel restaurant and GastroBar are almost on the doorstep. Immediately next door is a tennis court that can be rented from a lovely neighbour.

The apartment is large and comfortable, in a very quiet residential complex. The location is also very good, as you are close to the beach and halfway between the sandy beach and the port. In addition, Patrick is constantly attentive to any problems that may arise, he is a wonderful host. Definitely a 10!

Spacious and beautiful house with stunning views. Luxury, equipped with slender comforts and the elevator upstairs is a great solution for those who have difficulty walking.
