Vacation rentals with beach access in Badia de Xàbia

A lovely apartment located around 15 minute walk from arenal where there is a great beach and an abundance of bars and restaurants on the promenade. Large supermarket within 5 mins walking also. The apartment was very clean and homely, well decorated and with a beautiful terrace we spent lots of time in. We were 3 adults and 2 children (cot and high chair provided for our 18 month old) and it didn't feel tight for space. We would return and recommend.

We had a great stay in Ofelia’s apartment. It was really clean, big enough for our group of 3, everything we needed was there. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Also the contact with Ofelia was great, she is a very kind host. I would definitely recommend this place!

David's place was lovely. It had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We thought the apartment was better than the photos. It is very near the beach, swimming pool and playground. Lots of little extras like books and toys for kids. We would definitely return. Communication with David was great. Thank you David

We had a wonderful time at Casa Lola. Cat and Adam furnished everything with a lot of love. Even the few house rules were creative and lovingly depicted in self-painted pictures. It was very clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Cat and Adam are very friendly and if our English was a little better, we would have liked to talk to them even more. We can recommend Casa Lola 100% and have nothing to complain about. We hope to see you again.

We just got home from a 3 night fantastic stay here. Location is great- very central and 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Apartment was clean and beds super comfy. Great view of the marina from the balcony too. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a fantastic stay in Xàbia! The apartment is in a brilliant location—just across the road from a supermarket and only a few minutes’ walk to the sea, the port, and great restaurants. The apartment was very clean, well-decorated, and perfect for our group. Each room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We especially enjoyed using the balcony and rooftop for relaxing and drying clothes. There was some construction noise from a neighboring building during our stay, but that’s outside the host’s control. Overall, this is a great place to stay and we’d absolutely recommend it. We’d love to return in the future—thank you to the hosts for a wonderful visit!

Fabulous apartment so close to the beach yet lovely & quiet. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need on holidays. The grounds of the complex & the pool are so well maintained & so peaceful. We are a family of 4, with 2 young kids & this apartment was perfect for us! Greg was very responsive on any small issues we had & nothing was a problem! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that might be looking at it!

The apartment was spacious, very clean and had an amazing kitchen and utility room. The layout is great for two couples or adult families as the two bedrooms and bathrooms are on either side of the living area so there is plenty of privacy. Saying that, young families would also be ok here. The airconditioning worked well as did the ceiling fans and they were wonderful and very quiet during the night. The pool area is really quiet and it often felt like our own private area. Most people arrived at 5pm for a late afternoon swim. You do have to be quiet during siesta between 3pm - 5pm, so no playing in the pool then, but this wasn't a problem for us. The location is great for the port area and the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Pawel was extremely helpful - allowing us to check in early and also checking in with us during our stay. A thank you also to Jean who helped us with spare keys. We would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was excellent. The owner was very friendly and easily accommodated our arrival time. He helped us with everything we needed, which made us feel very comfortable. We would definitely repeat this home.

We traveled as couples with babies and were very comfortable. The house is cozy and the location is very good, 5 minutes from the beach. Monica is very nice, she provided us with everything we asked for and was always happy to assist us. Highly recommended! 🙂

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pine trees and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to returning.

The location is fantastic! Enjoying the first coffee in the morning with an unobstructed view of the sunrise over the sea is unbeatable. With a few steps you are in the sea, which is also wonderful. The only downside was that many others also wanted to enjoy this great and freely accessible location, and that also until late at night. Since we love to walk, we could walk to everything in Xabia from this house. For years, the Aqua on the beach has been our favorite restaurant, which is just 15 minutes away. The house itself is wonderfully traditional and thus stands in excellent contrast to the many apartments and houses on AirBnB that have been specially furnished for rent. However, the pictures are a bit older and in one place or another, repair work would be useful. But all in all, we had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back! Thank you Teresa for a wonderful few days.

We stayed here for 5 weeks with our 2 dogs. The house is very clean and comfortable, has a small private garden and a large, pretty communal garden. It was great to have a full kitchen with everything you need plus parking outside the front door. The house is 5 minutes walk to the Arenal with all of its shops, bars, restaurants and has a mini golf and karting 3 minutes walk away for families. Any questions we had were responded to positively and very quickly. We are very happy to recommend it.

Beautiful accommodation to relax and yet close to all kinds of beautiful locations (sandy beach in Calpe, the authentic city of Althea, close to the bustling Benidorm). Jorge always responded within the hour and immediately thought along with us if we encountered a problem somewhere. It is interesting to note that silence was requested at the swimming pool between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the afternoon. We solved this by going to the pebble beach at the hotel, or going to the beach in Calpe just 10 minutes away by car. Had a great vacation with our two kids!

Fully equipped apartment, very close to the boulevard. Good kitchen with plenty of dishes, cutlery and kitchenware. Mischa responded within minutes when we had trouble getting in through the lockbox. Small downside I found that the living room has no air conditioning, just a fan. With 28 degrees it is still doable, but I can imagine that it is less pleasant in the middle of summer. The apartment is recommended

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Great place and great host. Hugo was very responsive and kind, explaining everything in great detail. What really stood out for me was how well furnished the place was, we had all the amenities we needed that are usually missing: sponges, towels, soap and shampoo, cleaning products, coffee machine with hot cocoa and even loads of books ! Everything was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The place is really cool and gives off a super chill vibe. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway near the beach with a group of friends.

The apartment was just like the photos, beautiful, clean and included everything you need to spend a few days on vacation, as well as extra details from the host. She was very attentive to us from day one, allowing us a flexible schedule, and being very pleasant and attentive. If I ever go back to Jávea, I would definitely go back to this apartment and especially with this host.

We were lucky enough to stay in this apartment for a month. It is spacious and has everything you need for a long stay, there is even plenty of storage space. It is modernly decorated and everything looks new and clean. It's even better than the pictures. The location is perfect; very close to the sea, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the door, and there is an enclosed parking garage. We stayed in winter and did not use the pool, but I can imagine that it is wonderful! Amparo was extremely friendly. She gave us tips about the area and we were allowed to check out when this was convenient for us. Thanks again for everything ! We went to love Jávea😁.
