Booking a treehouse green is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fire pit and animal enclosures. Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Peaceful location , very bright , sunny apartment with a view of nature ! Ideal for a guest or for 2 guests with 1 - 2 children . Street parking or by appointment in front of the garage entrance. Highway connection very close . Tram/bus and taxi rank in 2 minutes walking distance with which you can drive within 10 minutes to the center .Supermarket ,restaurant, cinema ,Mc Donalds , pub, pastry shop, children's adventure world, close walking distance, airport and train station 10 minutes.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

A charming pathway is flanked by flowering bushes with pink blossoms, leading to a staircase that ascends to a sunny entryway. Sunlight filters through the foliage, creating a serene atmosphere with vibrant greenery surrounding the pathway.

We used the apartment because we were renovating our home. The new apartment was in perfect condition and exactly met our expectations. The residential complex is located on a quiet side street and the neighbors were also barely audible. Communication with Maxi and David was very easy and always pleasant.

The accommodation and the associated garden is much nicer than indicated in the Airbnb description. We found an idyllic place, lovingly maintained and very quiet in the middle of cheerful birdsong. The Mur bike path to Graz is 500 m away and very well passable. Maria's house is the perfect place to visit the city of Graz and to relax. I'd love to come back.
