The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Ideal starting point for cycling or hiking in the beautiful Franconian wine paradise and the Steigerwald. A feeder road to the Jacobsweg leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg and Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1:15 hours.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

The Schlosser Turm is part of the old city fortification from the 14th century. It is centrally located in the village and parking is available on site. Wi-Fi is also installed in this historic tower. The tower has been completely renovated and is available for booking from September 2020. It's an exceptional place to stay in the beautiful Tauber Valley.

Cozy attic apartment on the 3rd floor

The cozy 1 1/2 room apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house. We are very keen to make our guests feel comfortable, so we have changed a lot in the last year and, among other things, bought a new, wider bed, replaced the couch and created a reading corner that can be quickly modified into a second bed in the other room 😊
