Die Lage der Wohnung und die Unterkunft selbst ist ein Traum! Perfekt für ein Wochenende in der Umgebung oder einen, wie in meinem Fall, längeren beruflichen Aufenthalt. Der kostender Parkplatz ist GOLDWERT, in unmittelbarer Umgebung ist alles, was im Alltag benötigt wird. Ich würde ohne zu zögern wiederkommen & die FeWo besten Gewissens meinen Liebsten weiterempfehlen!

I loved staying in Elmar’s place. Beautiful apartment with tall windows and lots of light in a great neighborhood, very close to great restaurants, bakeries, shops, and transportation. Walkable area and beautiful views. I would love to stay here again. Thank you, Elmar!

Alla und ihr Mann sind großartige Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Alla hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und bei allen Fragen bestens geholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist nur paar gehminuten von Supermarkt und U-Bahn Station entfernt. Umgebgung ist sehr schön, wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Super ruhige Gegend fast schon wie ein großes Dorf. Die Verbindung mit den Öffis ist super nach Stuttgart rein. Nicht einmal 5min neben der Unterkunft ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Bei Problemen werden schnell Lösungen gefunden und die Erreichbarkeit ist gut. Gerne wieder, da wir noch nicht alles von Stuttgart gesehen haben.

Excellent facilities! Fitted to a very high standard. Very peaceful and relaxing. Super clean and a really lovely host. Excellent bathroom and spacious bedroom. Kitchen was spotless clean. Extremely well located, across the street form Milaneo, the best mall in the city. Also at 10-20 min walking distance from Stuttgart Haubtbahnhof, Schlossplatz, Schlossgarten, Feuersee, and the Staatsgalerie museum, among other places. Ante is a great host. He'll answer to your messages very quickly and give you support if you need any help.

Wir habe noch nie in einem Loft übernachtet und haben uns gedacht wir probieren das mal und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Es ist sehr luftig aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Das Wasserbett war ein absolutes Highlight für die Kinder.

Wow! This was an amazing 2 day stay for my wife and I and our 20 year old son. The hosts were extremely welcoming and attentive. Dorothea and Johan gave us great advice about the area and places to go. They even let us sample some locally produced wine, which was beautiful. We will definitely return when visiting Stuttgart again. Thank you.

Good and calm place.

Fantastic little house! We felt right at home, it has everything you could want and travelling with a little one this house just made life so much easier as there was everything there you could want. The host is very easy to work with and friendly. The town is very sweet with local shops and restaurants about a 20 min walk down the road. There is a bus that runs regularly which stops almost outside the house that means getting out and about was very easy. The little extras left by the host were brilliant and made us feel very welcome. Our only small suggestion to the host is maybe to include the option of a stair gate, as the property is already so well appointed for little ones, this would be the icing on the cake

Steffen is a great host. Super communicative and responsive. Answered every question almost right away. When we needed something he came in less than 15 min. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was a great fit for our family of 5 adults. The living area and kitchen were well equipped and we had great breakfasts at the big dinning table.

Alles top, wie immer! Kleine Kritik an Schlafzimmer im OG: Hier gab es kaum Möglichkeiten Kleidung aufzuhängen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Endlich mal eine Küche, so wie sie sein sollte. Top ausgestattet, alles in guter Qualität uns blitzsauber, der Host hat sich hier sehr viel Mühe gegeben, um seinen Gästen ein zu-Hause-Gefühl zu geben.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Das Ferienhaus Paradiso ist ein wahres Paradis im schönen Kirchheim, und wirklich toll ist, dass man die wunderschöne Altstadt richtig gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es war super :)

Macky ist super Horst wir waren sehr zufrieden mit ihr und mit dem Wohnung. Wir sind etwa 30 Tage geblieben da war alles was man braucht im Alltag.sehr ruhiger Umgebung und man kann auf die Straße kostenlos parken.einkaufen und Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ich würde wieder gerne da wohnen wenn ich Stuttgart besuchen würde.

Le séjour c’est super bien passé et l’appartement était nickel à notre arrivés! Sabin est très réactif et plutôt de bon conseil !

Alain’s place was fabulous, can’t say enough about it, it’s better than the photos. And all communication was fast and clear, checkin was smooth. Overall a great experience.

Wir konnten leider nur einen Nacht bleiben, waren aber ausgesprochen positiv beeindruckt von der kleinen Wohnung. Gerne hätten wir dort mehr Zeit verbracht! Valeria ist wirklich super nett und denkt einfach an alles! Diese Unterkunft werden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Valeria!

Sehr süße und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage – ganz nah an der U-Bahn und super angebunden an die Innenstadt sowie die Porsche- und Mercedes-Museen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und charmant. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und es war wirklich alles da, was man im Alltag brauchen könnte – sogar ein paar süße Kleinigkeiten zur Begrüßung, was uns total gefreut hat! Der Check-in war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit dem Host super angenehm. Wir mussten ihn zwar nicht kontaktieren, weil alles perfekt war, aber er hat uns vorher sehr freundlich wissen lassen, dass er jederzeit erreichbar ist, falls etwas sein sollte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung und den Host absolut weiterempfehlen! ❤️

Kapka a été très réactive et serviable, nous avons pu laisser les bagages jusqu'à l'heure souhaitée. Le logement est super confortable et calme. Nous avons pu profiter de Stuttgart tout en étant dans un lieu paisible. Les transports fonctionnent super bien. Je recommande chaudement les piscines d'eau thermale, elles sont géniales. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. Everything that we needed from washing machine, and iron to tea, coffee, bathroom items and so on was readily available. This place was perfect for my partner and I who were visiting friends in the area for a wedding. A generously spacious flat perfect for 2 people. There are tones of coffee shops in the area, great location and easily accessible. Next time we are visiting we know where we’ll be staying!

schöne wohnung für einen kurzen aufenthalt, wenn man nicht mitten in der stadt sein will/muss, aber dennoch mit guter anbindung. bis auf 2-3 kleinigkeiten war alles in bester ordnung und ulrike hat immer geantwortet und ihre hilfe angeboten :)
