Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in a quiet, green residential area – ideal for unwinding after an eventful day. The spacious terrace overlooking the countryside invites you to linger. Perfect for festival visitors: You can easily walk to the Festspielhaus in only 10 minutes. The city center is about 2.5 km away – ideal for those who appreciate the proximity to nature but still want to be quickly in the heart of Bayreuth. The main train station is also easily accessible (1.8 km).

We rent out our small apartment in the countryside. The old farmhouse has been - and is still being renovated - by and lovingly. It has a lot of flair and is located in the middle of the country, in the middle of peace and quiet and invites you to a relaxing holiday. It has a double bedroom (baby bed can be added), my well-equipped kitchen and a living room with tiled stove and visible fire. There is a bathroom with tub. Outdoors are welcome. Minimum stay 4 nights

Relax in our quiet accommodation in a unique location. Enjoy your morning coffee away from the noise of the city while looking out at our game reserve from the terrace. Right outside the front door, you can start on the kilometers of cycling and hiking trails of the Fichtel Mountains. The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.
