The house is cute! Highlighting the super complete outdoor area with a swimming pool, barbecue area, and outdoor refrigerator. The rooms are all good, with air-conditioning. The bathrooms are also super good. Kitchen integrated with the living room, which ensures an optimal space. I think it could have an air fryer! It helps a lot in everyday life, but it is very well equipped! The house is very close to Bacutia beach and you can walk there - maximum 10 minutes. The path during the day is quiet, but at night it is quite deserted and ideally needs to be reached by car. There is a market, a beverage distributor nearby and it is next to Meaipe, which has a good structure of restaurants. It is 10 km from Guarapari. One difference was Gabrielle's service, who was always super helpful! She always helped us with everything we needed, even when we needed the sheets she promptly helped us. He cleared up all the doubts, sent all the tips and points about the house. The house has a great space for the kids and we took our pet who felt super comfortable!

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Were sensational days! Mr. Antônio's house is wonderful and very clean and organized. The attention he gave us since before the entrance and even after the exit was surreal. Can rent without fear, vcs will be enchanted! In the condominium, close to the house there is a court with a lane around which was great for running, and I did not do my physical activity. The house has everything you need for excellent lodging, we hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts Alex and Joelma were extremely friendly and receptive from the start, always helpful and considerate. The house is excellent: very wide, comfortable and ideal for hosting larger groups. The place is super quiet, great for resting and enjoying with family or friends. There was only one small detail with the showers — it's not possible to connect two at the same time without the power dropping — but once we arrived, the hosts explained everything to us clearly and that didn't hurt our experience at all. We highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. The landlord always answered us with promptness and kindness. The house is great and very well located. Township of the best beaches. We are in 10 adults and 3 children, all very well accommodated.

My stay at Juliana's place was great. In fact, as mentioned in comments below, the house surprises in person. It is wide, airy and was clean. It has a very good structure and allows everyone to be well accommodated. We had complications due to an overload of energy in Guarapari, but this did not hinder the stay. On the contrary, we were able to adjust what she gave and Juliana was super attentive. It's close to the beach and has some amenities nearby. I highly recommend it and would stay again.
