It is East-oriented so you can sit back at the balcony and enjoy morning Sun while planning your daily tours around this beautiful city. Apartment is on the 4th floor of a brand-new building. There is an elevator. Parking is free and available around the building. Private parking possible Apartment is available both for short and longer accomodations.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 1 person. We do electronic tourist registration with the police (white cardboard).

We stayed at Sandra’s place for 2 nights. Apartment is located in city center in a near vicinity of supermarkets, bars,bakery and other shops. 10 minutes away from bus station. Sandra is very proactive and responsive host. Apartment is new and squeaky clean, tastefully decorated with super comfortable bed. Check in vas quite easy and flexible. We were quite tired in the evenings so we enjoyed watching HBO max on a big TV screen placed against the bed. When next time in Vrbas I would love to stay at Sandra’s place again. Definitely recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Marko’s condo in Vrbas! The condo is brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Marko was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We were in town for a wedding, and this condo was the ideal home base for our trip. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

A modern multi-story building is located on a tree-lined street, illuminated by soft evening light. The structure features rounded corners and numerous large windows, creating a contemporary appearance. Retail spaces are visible at the ground level, with greenery surrounding the building.

We had a great stay at the apartment! It was superbly equipped – from electric blinds to a huge TV to a very effective air conditioning system. The beds were extremely comfortable, and an extra mattress was even provided for us. The location is ideal – everything is easily accessible, and the complex is very safe and well-maintained. We would like to highlight the hostess: very friendly, helpful and extremely fast in communication. A small issue with the wifi was resolved right away. Overall, a completely successful stay – we would come back anytime. Thank you for everything!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The house was newly renovated, very modern, and incredibly fresh – truly a luxurious yet affordable place to stay. It had everything we needed and nothing was missing. The host was extremely accommodating and really went the extra mile. When we arrived, there were "30" balloons set up, as we had mentioned during booking that we were celebrating all of us turning 30 this year – such a thoughtful and personal touch! This is also the perfect place for anyone looking for a peaceful environment, with easy access to nearby vineyards and beautiful hiking trails. We highly recommend this place and would definitely book again!
