Spend cozy relaxing days in my centrally located accommodation. The small but nice apartment is located on the ground floor of our family house with its own bathroom and house entrance. Whether it's a skiing vacation, hiking or sightseeing, everything is possible. Ski lift or summer lift is about 20 minutes away on foot. Also a visit to Innsbruck, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, nothing stands in the way. Supermarket and restaurant are about a 10-minute walk away.

In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The self-contained 2-4 person apartment is located in the attic of an idyllically located & tastefully furnished single-family house in the Tyrolean municipality of Zirl. The high-quality designed architectural house was built 14 years ago and has a small garden with its own area for the guests. The apartment is accessed via a shared entrance and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area, 1-2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/washer-dryer.

It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. You can set off on foot directly from the chalet and enjoy nature.
