Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

We had a wonderful week in this lovely chalet. Simone and Erich were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The space was carefully planned, and worked well for our party of six people. The enclosed balcony, and entrance area meant that the kitchen/dining area is free of clutter, and easy to use. The kitchen and utensils were all high quality, and this reflects the attention to detail the hosts have put into this chalet. It was completely renovated in 2019, and is in immaculate condition. It is located a short ski or walk from the Salober lifts. Grocery shopping was convenient on the ski busses, and we did not need to use our car. The Pfefferkornhütte has stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valley. There are no neighbors, which heightens the impact of the beautiful natural surroundings. The stars at night were stunning. We have skied from many chalets over the years, but this one is by far the best one we have ever stayed in.

The location, the tranquility, the indoor climate (wood), the really very great amenities… everything spanking clean and so fine. Sandra & Peter, two warm and positive landlords, offer a beautiful, high-quality and very special paradise. The interior design was created and designed with a lot of love, joy in design and lifestyle. The decor is high quality and stylish from A to Z. Very special for us was the shower accessible from sleeping, as well as private sauna with unobstructed views of the valley and village, and also the hanging lounge chairs for the breaks between the sauna sessions. The super Sonos sound system makes it easy to connect the phones to your own Spotify music. The view from the bed into the mountains and also the terrace on the edge of the agricultural zone with unobstructed views of forest and mountains are beautiful. For waste disposal, practical, cleanly labeled and separated containers are available outside in a separate room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HEIMET and will be happy to come back. If you are looking for peace, this is the place to be: cowbells, observations at the bird house, beautiful seating behind the house, but without evening sun. The hosts live in the same house, so communication is very straightforward. Kitchen is super equipped: toaster, lemon squeezer, plenty of dishes and pots. Plenty of storage space, hooks and storage areas, extendable dining table.

Great place to stay, perfectly equipped all around, everything functional and thoughtful. We (6 adults and 2 toddlers) had a really nice stay there. The only small shortcoming: There are only two parking spaces available.
