Our traditional stone houses Spitia are located at the settlement of Tsaliana, 5km from Paleochora. Katoi, the lower house, features one bedroom and can host 4 guests in total. It is equippped with Starlink satellite internet. Spitia form an inspirational environment for the setting of a magical holiday, ideal to bond with your loved ones, spend time together and enjoy some stress free time. Chalaros house is located in a peaceful environment with wonderful panoramic view to the western sea and the sunset from all places of the house. Our guests can enjoy the starry sky in the private outdoor jacuzzi. Chalaros house is made with passion for those who love hearing the sound of the sea and watching the colors of the sunset. Located just 300 meters from the sea, very close to the famous Elafonisi (13km), Falassarna (30km) and Mpalos(40km) beaches.

Villa "Taos" was made by his housholder,with art,patience and love, in order to provide to each guests a unique sense of comfort, luxury and at the same time, familiarity in an environment with elements of traditional architecture remade for creating an original aesthetic result. The materials of manufacture come from the local region absorbing with this way villa "Taos" with the Cretan environment.

Spitaki in the village, Kissamos

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.

Cabanon concrete retreat (house B)

An artist and an art curator (Antonis and Sofia) have created two cabins as a flirt to the architect Le Corbusier's famous house Le Cabanon - everything a person need without excess space, in the stunning surrounding nature (of endless olive trees in our case) and with a sea view and access to a quiet beach just 10 mins away.
