Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Azerbaijan

It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

At tge first here , smooth checking. Apartment was full equipped with everything I need as person coke in home. the location of the apartment btween tge way to white city, Nizami street, Bakek Street. few meters from Bazar. so many resturants and cafes just walking distance. Recommend the place for all viators.

The location can't be better, responsive host, fair price. The apartment is very light and spacious. The host shared all the necessary instructions for check-in and operation in advance, responded quickly, was very accommodating. I'd love to check in again.

The apartment was exactly how I expected it, clean, cozy and very fair for the price I paid. I spent the whole period there and it almost felt like home. Shout out for the host who has been super responsive and helped me with all my requests and questions. :)

We had a wonderful stay! Azer is an extremely helpful and attentive host—he made sure we had everything we needed and even arranged for a few extra amenities we had requested. The villa is located in the heart of a charming neighbourhood, with an amazing bakery and a small local supermarket just a short walk away. It was the perfect spot to experience the local vibe and enjoy fresh, local produce daily. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm!

Rufat was genuinely a good person and host. Upon arrival: very friendly welcomed me, showed me around, explained where everything was, helped me to get a Metro card, I felt he went the extra mile here when he took me to the metro station to do this. The apartment location: its not the center of city. Its a residential area. I think If you want to experience like real life in Azerbaijan is a good place. The metro is like a 15 minute walk and then you have some stops until you get to the center. Now, the walk to the metro has like some sort of park or garden just outside of a residential area, its very relaxing to walk there, it became my morning routine and really enjoyed this, they have all kinds of plants even Olive trees. There is a lot fo cheap good food around his place, too bad I dont remember the names, but If you walk around and step in to eat you will like. In the last day there was a problem with the hot water, but Rufat sent his father there to fix it.

I was surprised to find this house even better than it looked in the photos. The house was big and very well maintained. It was impressive how spotlessly clean it was kept. The host was extremely kind, accommodating and responsive. Communication was very smooth throughout my whole stay. I would definitely want to come back, and would for sure recommend this place to anyone travelling to Quba

Housing is sweet once, but it lacks air-conditioning in rooms and keys for rooms, etc. The villa is sweet and special. We hope to pay attention to sprinklers and water and the problem of the Internet is weak in the area and lacks a spreader in clothes. It is 20minutes away from Nizami Street.

The place was beautiful and really peaceful. We had a very pleasant stay and everything was as described. Really enjoyed the pool and loved the interior design as it added to the calm we were hoping to experience.

The place is excellent & its my second time coming here with my friends & family. Amazing living room and bedrooms. You can also take the cleaning service which is reasonable and they do an excellent job cleaning it. The overall experience & response time was very very good. I highly recommend this place.
