Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Azerbaijan

The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

I was surprised to find this house even better than it looked in the photos. The house was big and very well maintained. It was impressive how spotlessly clean it was kept. The host was extremely kind, accommodating and responsive. Communication was very smooth throughout my whole stay. I would definitely want to come back, and would for sure recommend this place to anyone travelling to Quba

Many thanks to Emil for his proactive, responsive and friendly host service. The house and landscape were both amazing. Rooms, kitchen and WC were clean, all needs were provided indoor and outdoor. I highly recommend the place to people who want to visit somewhere different from ordinary hotels, place was beautiful and peaceful. But bear in mind you need to have an SUV car because approx. 4km road from entry of village to the house was uneven (not asfalt) during my visit on 16.06.2024. Except that all were fantastic.

Khayyam is an outstanding host! He is incredibly kind and sweet, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. His communication was exceptional; he responded within minutes and was always available to help. The apartment is spacious and looks exactly like the photos. It's perfectly located—close to both the main city and the old city, yet tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and had a wonderful time exploring Baku. Highly recommend!

The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 5 total beds with extra bed for babies. The place was very clean and I really liked the park in front of the house. The host was very nice person and her English is very good. We felt very welcomed and we felt like home.

Eldar and his father were great host! Place was clean and right on the street where there are lots of restaurants and a market! He responding very quickly. Had a nice stay in Qusar and made it easy for is to visit Shahdag twice and Quba!

لا أعلم الحقيقة من كان الأفضل الفيلا؟ أم المضيف؟ منزل رائع رائع رائع بكل ماتحمله الكلمة من معنى أنا وعائلتي قضينا وقت جميل أشبه بالخيال. التصميم رائع المنزل مريح جدا للعين النظافة والأثاث مستوى عال جدا. مهما وصفت المكان لن أعطيه حقه. أما ما يتعلق بالمضيف فكان أكثر من رائع مهنية عالية جدا ودود للغاية الحقيقة جعلنا نشعر وكأننا نتعامل مع صديق مقرب جدا وليس مجرد مضيف. شكرا جزيلا من أعماق قلوبنا على هذه التجربه الرائعة والتي لن ننساها أبدا. ابنتي ذات الثمانية أعوام طلبت مني شراء المنزل والانتقال للعيش في قبالا 😂

Rza is an amazing host—super communicative and very helpful. He was always available and eager to assist during our stay in Baku. The apartment is clean, spacious, and conveniently located near all the main attractions. Nizami Street is just a couple of minutes away, and there are plenty of charming coffee shops and great Azeri restaurants nearby. We even discovered a few hidden gems! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Квартира очень красивая, большая, со всеми удобствами, быстрым интернетом. Хозяин квартиры был очень вежливым и доброжелательным. Когда была нужна помощь, он не отказывался и помогал. Советую к бронированию.

Квартира большая, светлая, будет хорошо и летом и зимой. Район не в центре, но доехать несложно. Вокруг много хороших магазинов. Если докупить пару вещей, все будет идеально. Есть где стирать, но сушить только на веревке за окном, а прищепок нет. Есть большой шкаф, но ни одной вешалки, чтобы повесить вещи. Есть кухня, но нет ни одной тряпочки, а нож только для хлеба. И так далее. Но это все мелочи, квартира хорошая.

J’ai voyagé plusieurs fois à Bakou et séjourner dans plusieurs endroits différents mais le logement proposé par G est un coup de coeur. est chaleureux,propre et bien situé. Il y’a vraiment tout ce dont vous avez besoin, un supermarché juste à coté. C’etait un plaisir de prendre mon café et manger sur la chaussée commerçante à deux pas. Je reviendrai à Bakou et séjournerai ici sans hésiter.

Everything was perfectly well-thought for family rest: football and volleyball playing ground, swimming pool, sauna, darts, table games and even punching bag to drill boxing. Lovely cozy garden and everything you need during the day - home stuff like iron, plates and dishes etc made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended.

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Murad and his parents were very nice and I really appreciate their hospitality.

This is an excellent house, sparkling clean. The lawn is very beautiful, has a few apple trees and you can pluck and eat the apples. The rooms are good, all amenities provided. Kitchen is good with all the utensils. Bath and toilet are separated so that's good. Overall very good place to stay.

Loved this place! We booked Nigar’s Airbnb just a day before checking in and it took us to surprise. The ambiance, architecture, cleanliness, privacy, fireplace was top notch. But most importantly, Nigar was amazing. Loved her vibe..very friendly and proactive. She went out of her way to help us.

Emil is the greatest host anyone could ask for!! He was extremely responsive, thoughtful, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe and taken care of. His home is absolutely beautiful, and offered plenty of space for a group of five to relax in private, or spend time together in any of the beautiful shared spaces. We were in Azerbaijan for COP 29 so we had early mornings and late nights. Emil arranged breakfast service, car services, and airport pick up and drop off for our convenience. Because of his team we felt safe and supported despite our long work days and we fell in love with Azerbaijani food, music, and people. I have rented through Airbnb for years and I’ve never encountered such kind and respectful hosts. We all hope to return to Azerbaijan again because of Emil and his family.
