On top of Kayalar Village, with exceptional view. The house has two rooms: upstairs, a bedroom with a large balcony and a bathroom; downstairs, a living room and kitchen. Each floor is 35m2. The sofa folds out to a double bed. The house has separate entrances on both floors. There is a shared swimming pool, between two houses, sun loungers and eating areas in front of the house (The swimming pool is operational between June and October). Since this is a village, there can be cats around.

The balcony has partial sea and nature views. It is right next to the Temple of Athena. The house is very close to the village center and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. It is also very close to the stop of minibuses to the surrounding beaches and settlements.
