This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. Overall, great rental. looking forward to returning.

Couples trip with a child. New apartment very well arranged with all amenities (2 beds, shower, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc., impeccable cleanliness. private parking at the bottom of the accommodation. close to the beach within walking distance, the city center (shops, restaurants, port, pedestrian area...) a few minutes drive away. Cathy is responsive and friendly. In short, a very pleasant stay in a sublime region. We will definitely stay at Cathy's again. 😀

We had a great time at Patricia's place. The apartment is as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located, with a magnificent sea view. Direct access to the beach is a real plus. Patricia is a very attentive, responsive host and gives good tips for visits and activities in the surroundings. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy good places and organize our outings easily. We would definitely recommend this listing.

We spent 2 nights in the accommodation, as the reviews said, we are in front of garbage cans but it doesn't really bother us. Clean place and parking spaces next door, city bikes accessible nearby. We are very satisfied with our stay!

The apartment is very nice, the bunk bed is very spacious and you sleep well. The strong point of this house is the location, extremely close to the center. And Guy-Marie and his wife are very friendly! I'll probably be back here when I return to La Rochelle :)

Great location, close to bus stops, about 30-40 minute walk to Old Port (even with kids), and right next to a beautiful beach. The space had everything we needed. Virginie, who welcomed us, was very responsive and really kind. The big plus: the view! The sunset was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for the delicious coffee!

Excellent location, very close to a beautiful sandy beach. Great ice cream shop and fantastic bakery bus stop right outside which took you straight into LaRochelle old port in 20 minutes. Car parking within walking distance.

A lovely stay at Brigitte's who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easily accessible and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The area is very beautiful and there are plenty of places to explore.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

It was a great time at Nicolas's! The residence is very nice, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot weather and the apartment, with the shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for outdoor breakfasts. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back!
