Vacation rentals with a balcony in Axarquía

Spacious and well-located stay in the heart of Málaga Old Town! We had a minor hiccup before check-in probably due to travel fatigue but once we figured out the entrance and building layout, everything was smooth. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience much easier. The apartment is right in the center of Málaga’s Old Town, close to lively nightlife, shops, groceries, and plenty of eateries. It’s spacious, with four comfortable rooms, and the well-equipped kitchen (including washer and dryer) really made it feel like home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return ♥️♥️♥️

My family and I had the pleasure of meeting Jacques at his beautiful Airbnb in December where we spent our Christmas holiday. First and foremost, he is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and kind. No matter what question we had regarding the stay, no matter what time of day or night it was, his answer was prompt and always accurate. He helped us with restaurant recommendations, local sights to explore and finding the perfect local hiking trails. The Airbnb itself was lovely, super clean and very comfortable. From the wonderful beds to great linens, amazing sea, and mountain views to the well-stocked kitchen, we hardly had a reason to venture out. It is spaced out over two floors so lots of privacy for everyone, as well there is a clothes dryer which is a real bonus in the EU. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home if you have the chance. We will be returning in the future and thank you again Jacques, your assistance and kindness was much appreciated. J & K

Excellent stay. The apartment is spacious and pristine, the location is fantastic, it’s a great neighborhood, and within walking distance to the Alhambra and other neighborhoods. Plus the rooftop deck and the hot tub, can’t be beat.

We had a great experience staying at Pablo's place. The new self check-in went very smoothly thanks to clear instructions. The home was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also wonderful — close to plenty restaurants and popular sights. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Granada!

El departamento se encuentra en una de esas calle citas donde no ingresan autos, por lo que es muy tranquilo. Estás cerca de los barcitos y zona más popular para salir, pero no estás sobre ellos, lo cual está bárbaro. En cuanto al departamento en sí, es hermoso, súper cómodo y funciona muy bien. Es en primer piso por escalera, así que si no tenes problema de subir, está genial. Podes cocinarte, ya que cuenta con horno , microondas y heladera.

Alojamiento altamente recomendable. En una ubicación estupenda. Para conocer Granada a pie. Con buen aislamiento muy tranquilo y silencioso. Ideal para pasar estupendos días en la maravillosa ciudad de Granada. Muchas gracias y hasta pronto.

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay – great location, very clean, and smooth, friendly communication. When we mentioned the coffee machine was broken (not a big deal for us), they replaced it immediately, even though we said it wasn’t necessary – very thoughtful! All in all, a great experience. Just one small note: as stated in the listing, the bed is 1.40 m wide – not a full double bed.

Agradable, desconectado y bonita

Uma semana de férias perfeita. A casa de sonho para passarmos uma semana em família! Desde a piscina, à zona de refeições exterior, que nos convidou a passarmos dias e noites incríveis. Aos interiores com cores tão frescas, e tão cómodos! E a cereja no topo do bolo foi sem dúvida a simpatia dos anfitriões. Sempre disponíveis de sorriso na cara. O meu filho mais novo ficou doente e a preocupação foi ao ponto de contactarem o pediatra da filha já adulta. Incrível a simpatia e disponibilidade! Muito obrigada por tudo! Vamos voltar!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Really beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains from the balconies off the bedrooms and also the outdoor dining area off the kitchen. The house is exceptionally well equipped with everything needed and spotlessly clean. The games room is perfect for entertaining kids. The swimming pool is lovely and has nice planting. The management team were very easy to deal with and very professional. Highly recommend.

House full of Andalusian character in the heart of old city .Terraces and balconies with flowered fruit trees and plants on every floor .Terrific design for the family as the bedrooms are located on different floors .Bathrooms on each floor including ground level .

We had such a great trip! The house is in the perfect location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, making it great for exploring the area. The house was just as described and provided a great place to stay!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus in Torrox mit Pool in vollen Zügen genossen und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus war recht sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Besonders der Pool war ein echtes Highlight und sorgte für erfrischende Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses war ebenfalls perfekt, ruhig und abgeschieden, aber dennoch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Strände und Aktivitäten. Wir haben uns hier wirklich wohl gefühlt und konnten die Tage in vollen Zügen genießen.

A fantastic space where you immediately feel at home. It’s spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is amazing but unfortunately for us it was too hot when we were there to enjoy it. Having said that we were able to eat our breakfast on the small balcony off the living area and enjoy the view of the Iglesia De Santo Domingo Church and the plaza below. The host was friendly and responsive and allowed us to store our luggage before the room was ready. It is on 4th floor with no lift so a bit difficult with luggage but we managed it. Taxi from and to train station cost us between €8-10€. Bus to Alhambra one minute walk away €1.60. Great location. Would highly recommend

Danke an Daniela und Vincenzo, Eure Unterkunft ist mit die beste Ferienwohnung, in der ich bis jetzt in Spanien leben durfte. Zentral gelegen, fussläufig zum Strand und Restaurants, funktional eingerichtet und total praktisch in jeglicher Hinsicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit im Apartment sehr genossen. Beautiful apartment with excellent location. Definitely recommended for families looking for a place to rest in a peaceful area and still close to beach, restaurants, train station and main area of Torremolinos. Apartment was modern, quiet and functional. Air conditioning worked perfectly and it was always nice to get back to the apartment after a day at the beach or pool area. Beds were comfy and it was very quiet every night. Terrace was such a relaxing place for having a cup of coffee and eating together, surrounded by amazing view. Javier was proactive and responsive host always making sure that everything was as well as it could.
