The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

A typical country house, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The house consists of a separate entrance to the living room with a fireplace, a corner double sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. The cozy bedroom with a 160 double bed, dresser and wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is equipped and provided with all comforts with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge, stove and coffee maker.

Old barn renovated with quality materials including a bedroom for two, a small bedroom with a bed 110 cm wide, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a sofa bed living room with equipped kitchen and a terrace. You access it through a cul-de-sac. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The entrance is at the bottom of the cul-de-sac on the right. Avallon is a very friendly small town with shops, bars and restaurants.

La Cache is a charming cottage nestling below the cliffs and towers of the exquisite medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois. Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.
