Ruhig gelegen an Wiesen und Obstgärten, die Ferienwohnung liegt 5 km von Freiburg entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum ist in 15 Minuten erreichbar, ob mit Auto oder Fahrrad, und in 20 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Unser Wohngebiet schmiegt sich an die ersten Hügel des Naturparks Südschwarzwald, nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt von der Seilbahnstation zum Schauinsland. Das Markgräflerland und das Elsaß sind von hier aus mit einem Katzensprung zu erreichen, Basel und Straßburg Tagesausflüge.

Die Innenstadt Freiburgs erreichen Sie mit der Straßenbahn (Endhaltestelle nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt) innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Wander- und Mountainbikeliebhaber können ihre Touren vom Haus aus starten.

Small, bright one room apartment (20qm) with a nice bed (200x 140cm) invites you to linger in the tranquil Merzhausen that lies directly next to the Freiburg district Vauban and the beautiful Schoenberg. Ideal for the perfect mix of city break and nature recreation! We can provide an own parking space if needed in front of the house at the left side (costs 10€). Arriving is flexible because we live in the house next door. Checkin is possible and time after 4 pm.

Mit einer Entfernung von ca. 7 km zu Freiburg ist sie ideal gelegen für Wanderungen, Spaziergänge, Fahrradtouren und Besuche in der schönen Innenstadt. Mindestmietdauer sind 3 Tage. Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.
