Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Für Hunde gibt es einen abgeschlossenen, sicheren Hof mit viel Platz. Für uns war es ruhig und entspannt, mit allem Komfort, den wir gebraucht haben. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Betten waren sehr gut.

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

Deze locatie was in alle opzichten geweldig en vinden we de allerbeste locatie die we tot nu toe tijdens drie Griekse vakanties hebben meegemaakt. Locatie, ruimte, voorzieningen in huis, communicatie etc. waren top. Daarnaast blonken Sofia, haar man en dochter Argiro uit in hun attentie naar ons in een goede balans met respect voor onze privacy.

Vaste logement spacieux, clair et très propre. Quartier calme. 10 minutes a pied du centre ville, 5minutes de l'arrêt du bus Ktrl Commerces a 5minutes

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

A lovely place that was 15 mins from the airport. It was just perfect for our needs to get to the airport early in the morning. I can see staying here as a stepping stone for a late arrival too. Additionally Christine was super helpful personally reaching out to us, providing the coordinates that plugged right into Google Map that landed us right in front of the house, and greeting us when we got there even though we got there late evening. The house was so adorable. Convenient to the airport, yet in a very peaceful bit of country like setting. Definitely would stay again.

Was soll ich sagen? Der Kontakt zu Ileana war von Anfang an wohlwollend und super herzlich. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt mit ihr. Sie hat im Vorfeld schon Reisempfehlungen geschickt und ständig gefragt, ob sie irgendwie behilflich sein kann. Ich habe alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden im Haus. Und es war wirklich alles nach meinem Geschmack. So ähnlich würde ich auch leben. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt dort. Durch die doch stärker als gedacht befahrene Straße war es manchmal ein wenig lauter durch den Verkehr. Das habe ich aber nicht als extrem störend wahrgenommen, aber es ist mir aufgefallen, wahrscheinlich weil ich in der totalen Ruhe lebe. Ileana, ich würde wiederkommen. Marina was an excellent host! We needed an early check in & early check out for a flight in the middle of the night. She went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated. She picked us up from the port (along with her husband) & got up to drive us to the airport herself at 1:30 AM! The place was beautiful & she recommended a delicious restaurant in walking distance. She is lovely!

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Perfect spot for our one night stay in Athens before leaving on our cruise! Location was walkable to all the different spots we wanted to visit (Acropolis, etc). The apartment itself was just as described, very clean and spacious. The host was amazing and communicated promptly and efficiently to any needs that came up. I’ve never had such a detailed guide provided by a host (it included not only details regarding the apartment but guides to Athens itself which helped us greatly with things like transportation,etc) Definitely recommend this Airbnb if you want to explore Athens!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern; im Grunde genommen mit zwei Terrassen: von der obersten hat man einen Blick auf die Akropolis; auf der unteren kann man sehr gut frühstücken bzw. abends noch ein Gläschen trinken. Klimaanlagen haben sehr gut funktioniert. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir ein paar Proben, die wir verbrauchen konnten. Waschmaschine ist auch ein Plus. Kleines Manko: es gibt keinen Abzug im Bad - man kann nur das Fenster zum Hausflur aufmachen. Lage ist perfekt, um Athen zu entdecken. Restaurantempfehlung To Trikyklo war top. Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Check-In war super einfach. Es wurde sogar ein späterer Check-Out angeboten, den wir gerne nutzten. Gut sortierten Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Achtung: wer mit großen Koffern unterwegs ist, findet den letzten Teil (Holztreppe) etwas eng. Das nächste Mal würden wir nur mit Handgepäck kommen. Es gibt sonst keinen Grund zur Klage. Unterkunft und Gastgeber können wir vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Aggeliki by far is the best host out of all the people I have rented from on Airbnb. She is very friendly, very helpful, always keen to help. Place was amazing and she is very responsive. She also like to recommend restaurants, places to visit, etc… I was also travelling to Naxos and she was already proactive with providing me with her favourite restaurants and beaches there. Her place is also very cosy, has a great atmosphere I believe that’s because it is their own house in which the rent every now and then. In short, great host that gives me even extra motivation to come to Athens!

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

Such an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The apartment is as exactly as described with breathtaking views. Panos is a fantastic host and was always so responsive when we had questions. He gave recommendations on some great restaurants and lounges. Our stay was exactly what we wanted it to be. We will definitely come back to one of Panos’s places for our next trip back to Greece.

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit herrlicher Aussicht und ausgestattet mit modernsten elektronischen Geräten. Toller Pool, perfekte Terrasse und großartiges Beleuchtungskonzept. Die Kommunikation mit George, check-inn und check-out liefen angenehm und unkompliziert. George hatte uns zur Ankunft netterweise einige Lebensmittel eingekauft. Wir haben uns besonders wohlgefühlt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

This is a family owned real estate that immediately makes you feel at home. Hosts are very kind and proactive, house and terrace are clean, lots of green trees to walk. It’s not too close to the sea so renting a car is mandatory but if you do, it’s a perfect house for a relaxing vacation.

Villa was in an amazing and peaceful location. Property was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Communication with the owners was always simple with immediate response via watsapp. Everything needed and more for a comfortable stay was available in the villa and the pool was a perfect place to relax during the hot afternoons. The 'almost ' private beach was a short drive and several excellent restaurants were available nearby in Poulithra. Will very much hope to return in the future.

Wir waren zu 13 als Familie in der Unterkunft. Insgesamt war alles Super und wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Villa verbringen können. Die einzigen Punkte die uns aufgefallen waren: - Kein Schlüssel für das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Wir hatten auch Gäste da und bei so vielen Personen war das unangenehm. Der Gastgeber hat dies selbst erst bemerkt als wir eingecheckt haben. Für viele Mängel wurden die letzten Besucher verantwortlich gemacht. Aber ersetzt oder repariert wurde nichts, was wir schade fanden. - Manchmal gab es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser für die Dusche nach Mitternacht. Selbst nach langem probieren gab es Nachts kein warmes Wasser und wir mussten bis zum morgen warten. Dies war nicht so optimal, da wir so viele Personen waren und ich mich abends für meine Hochzeit fertig machen wollte. - Wir hatten 2 Babybetten, jedoch fehlte die Matratze für eines und wir haben kein ersatz bekommen. Ansonsten war aber alles super und wir würden die Villa empfehlen.

The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We had a wonderful week. The house is beautiful and well equipped for a family. There are fantastic outdoor spaces for dining, relaxing . Loved the private beach and being able to use paddle boards and kayak. We felt very spoilt with the attention and help from Bam and Mara

Lefteris, was a wonderful host! He went above and beyond our expectations! Such a kind, and very thoughtful host. The home was spectacular! What a beautiful place was Villa Marina. I highly recommend it and we will be back again!
