Staying in a room in an old Japanese wooden apartment. The toilet is difficult for tall people. Please check the review. It is a highly rated room. New air conditioning! Comfortable life! A cozy room with a private entrance, kitchenette and a small bathroom. Fully equipped with new air conditioning. 4 min walk to Subway Hiragishi Station, 3 min walk to convenience store,, supermarket, restaurants and pubs. We can recommend a local Soup curry restaurant, Ramen restaurants and many places.

はじめまして。2023年11月から本格的に民泊を始めました。札幌駅から車で約15分の閑静な地域に佇む築約40年の１棟アパートの2階の1部屋です。生活必需品は揃っていますので、札幌暮らしを体験したい方にオススメです。 JR新川駅から徒歩10分、地下鉄南北線北24条駅から徒歩約20分という少し不便な場所ですが、車通りは少なく、静かに過ごせます。施設内に駐車場が1台分用意できます(要予約)。一日500円で利用可能です。(私が日々使っている駐車場です。私が他の場所に停めます) コンビニエンスストアまで徒歩5分ドラッグストアまで徒歩4分スーパーマーケットまで徒歩10分生活には便利な場所です。また、2駅目には、大型スーパーや温泉施設もあります。ソファーベッドは170cmです。 ☆送迎について宿泊初日と最終日はできる限り新川駅まで車でお迎えにあがります。時間が合わなければすみません。 Wi-Fi、専用キッチン、バス・トイレ完備ですので、長期滞在やワーケーションなどで、ご利用いただけたらと思います。 2025年3月エアコン（冷房のみ）設置済み。

Use this as your base for sightseeing in Sapporo/Hokkaido, business, telework, etc., or relax on your own or with your family and friends. All home appliances and cooking utensils are provided, so you can stay empty-handed for a long time.

地下鉄から徒歩約9分です凄く近くではありません、ロケーションは住宅街ですので観光地とは違うので綺麗な景色などはないです札幌市白石区本郷通1丁目北2ー5 広くなく新しくないですが静かで玄関別でプライバシーが保たれてます、トイレとシャワーは一緒になってます。２階で階段が狭いです。寝具はダブルベットになります 2人で小さなお部屋ですが丁度良いです　アパートの他の住人のタバコの匂いがすることがありますニセコスキー日帰りバスリフトセット８０００円〜　お得です冬寒い時は日にち空けて出かける時は水道凍結の恐れがあるのでホストま必ず連絡くださいませ。日本の法律で到着する前にパスポートの写真と入室してから自撮りの写真か又は直接対面で確認なりますので宜しくお願い致します日本の法律でパスポートの確認が必要なので写真事前に送って下さいませ日本の方は住所　指名　お願い致します又は現地で直接確認いたします、どちらも確認できない場合は不法入国　パスポートの不携帯の可能性がありますので警察に連絡する場合ばあります
