A good base for exploring Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Lantana, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, Manalapan, Delray Beach, Wellington, the Everglades & the west coast. -My space is located in a very quiet and cozy place -There are markets nearby - The highways are both 5 to 10 minutes away -Bank, gas stations nearby -It's relatively close to the Beaches about 8 and 10 minutes away - Approximately a 20-minute drive to Downtown. I have a washer and dryer in the apartment for a fee of $2 each. -Outside there is a patio table with an umbrella, which is the area where the guest can smoke and relax.
