Detached suite with private access. No Pets Allowed. Enjoy the modern feel of the suite and it’s many amenities. Disconnected from the main home with private entrance kick back in the comfortable living area or occupy your time in the luxurious workspace provided. If you prefer, partake of a glass of wine while enjoying the surrounding nature and the fabulous views from the large upper-deck. It’s a sensation of being on top of the world! Amenities: - Private Entrance - Suite is a separate building on property. Not connected to main home. - King-sized comfortable and solid foam mattress - Sitting area with couch and coffee table (Couch can sleep an adult or child) - A 55" 4KHD Smart TV with ROKU or simply connect to your online Amazon Prime/ Netflix accounts and mobile devices for watching movies - Office desk and workspace - Private bathroom and shower - Quality linens and towels - Coffee maker and assorted tea for the best start to any day. - Microwave, Two-door refrigerator, Knives & Cutlery Accessories, Dinnerware, Glassware, and Silverware Upper Large Deck. Great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Has table and chairs. Most of the time we are around the property. We are always open to sharing a glass of wine but also want to be courteous and respect your privacy and will never intrude on your stay. If needing laundry service or suggestions of wineries or restaurants we are here to help. Watch local wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, quail, foxes, and squirrels. Despite its beautiful countryside setting in the west hills of Atascadero, the suite is conveniently located close to downtown, wineries, and the coast. Uber is a great way to get around. There are many local winery and brewery tours available by local providers. There are two outdoor cats that wander the 3 acre property. In respect to other guest who might have allergies please don't let them in the suite. They are friendly and like attention. There is a bench by the suite entrance that they like to sit on and say hello. We have one indoor cat and one indoor dog in the main house. Note the suite is disconnected from the main house. Occasionally they wander the deck when having a glass of wine. They are super friendly and sweet. Location: Our suite is centrally located between the coast and the North County wineries. Located off the 41, across the street from Atascadero Zoo and also right off highway 101. Additionally, there are many great restaurants, movies, parks and coffee shops near to enjoy. It is a short distance to the beautiful central coast line where you can enjoy kayaking, boating and shopping. Cal Poly is a 15 minute drive.

Atascadero Guesthouse Central Coast Wine Country

This light and airy hideaway was designed and built by the host incorporating her own handiwork in art and furnishings. Initially a granny flat, it's been transformed into a comfortable and spacious hang out. Its central location makes it ideal to explore the area. There is plenty to do on site; barbecue, play corn hole or horseshoes have fun with games and cards kept in the hall, enjoy the pool and hot tub in the warm season. May to Sept. The twin beds can be easily configured to a king bed. Price includes a 13% local occupancy tax. Your cottage opens up to the pool area which maybe available during the summer months but not guaranteed as this pool is too deep for kids to stand in. There is also a hot tub open from March to Dec. So the key to open the pool is subject to conversation. The pool is shared with us. No parties please. This is a non smoking property. We love dogs but we can not allow pets brought in. We have a large dog and cats. We kindly ask for slow driving up and down driveway as the animals are slow to move as they own the space. These are accommodations you wont find at a hotel. We are not one, this is our home we are opening to share with you. We are next door most times if you have any questions otherwise we will respect your privacy. The guest house sits on three acres with the main house where the host lives with her husband. It is just one and a half miles to the freeway and town. Four minutes to restaurants and grocery stores. There are chickens, 2 baby gosts, and a rabbit on the property along with cats and a large dog, Jules, who is sure to greet you. The pool will be opened to guests that can swim only as the shallow end is quite deep. Opened when the temperature increases in the summer months. A cold pool is no fun to swim in. The hot tub is open in March to Dec. Contact hosts if plan to use.

Romantic Getaway at a Guesthouse near Downtown Atascadero

We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Cottage on a Working Tree Farm on the Central Coast

Wander through redwoods and a working Christmas tree farm, then return to a cozy and updated farmhouse style home. The cottage is hosted by myself Auraly and my daughter Olivia. This is a standalone apartment that has been recently updated. This one bedroom cottage is a cozy getaway in the forest. The cottage has a private outdoor patio and private entrance to the farm. Access is available to the Tree farm, courtyard and picnic area around the cottage, we will have a map for you. If you stay let us know if you would like a tour! We are available whenever a need arises during your stay. We are available by phone for emergencies and by Airbnb app at all times. This is a working tree farm and therefore we will be around the property, as well as available for tours. The tree farm is right in the City of Atascadero, just north of San Luis Obispo. It's 20 minutes from Paso Robles wine country, San Luis Obispo, and Morro Bay. There are great restaurants, wineries, and breweries to discover in the surrounding area. This quiet escape from the city is where you can reconnect with nature and enjoy all the comforts of home. We have onsite parking available, but no public transportation. We have lots of wildlife on the farm, please use caution when walking around and follow the map.

Hilltop Guesthouse with a Patio in Atascadero

I am looking forward to this new experience of offering an AirBnB and can’t wait to meet new people and help them feel welcome and comfortable in my guest house. I am so happy to help you make your visit a memorable one. The guesthouse is set among oak trees at top of a hill in rural Atascadero. Restaurants, a cinema, and a shopping center in town are a short drive away. See the animals at the Charles Paddock Zoo, then go for a hike at Stadium Park. We are a bit off the beaten path so you will need to get around by car or Uber or Lyft. We have plenty of parking space available. My 9 year old Golden Retriever, Theo and his pal, my orange cat named Mango, will probably greet you upon arrival. They both love attention but are not allowed inside the guest house in case anyone has allergies. They look forward to meeting you! :)
