非常に快適な宿でした！

We LOVED staying at the Aqua House! Our group of eight was comfortable in the well-appointed but relaxed setting. A favorite of our group was walking to the 5-star (our rating) Doug Bakery for pastries every morning. The beach and surrounding nature was for gorgeous. We will definitely be back!

今まで伊豆の様々なバケーションレンタルを借りましたが、その中でも随一の清潔さおよび居心地の良さでした。プライベートかつ静かな空間が保たれており、掃除も行き届いていて４日間、快適に過ごすことができました。

この度はありがとうございました。 おかげさまで有意義な滞在が出来ました。 しいて言うならば キッチンの備品がもう少し揃っていたら嬉しかったです。 お皿等は汚れていたので最初から綺麗だと嬉しいです。 ですがロケーションやトータルで言うと気持ちよく利用させていただきました。

建物自体と立地はとても素晴らしかったです。清潔感もあり、雪が降りましたが暖房器具が各室に付いていて建物全体がとても暖かくなり快適でした。ゴミ袋は予備が全くないので数枚は予備があってもいいのではと思います。調理器具がぼろぼろで使えなかった以外は快適でした。

2日間ありがとうございました。 非常に清潔で広くて、設備も充実していて、ホストの方もとてもご親切で最高でした。 差し入れのピザまでいただいて、非常に楽しく宿泊できました。 ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。

清潔感のある部屋でとてもよかったです。

13人で利用しました。3階バルコニーからは山中湖が見える素敵な立地にあります。敷地が非常に大きく、クルマ10台でも余裕を持って敷地内に停められました。非常に広い1階バルコニーで備え付けのグリルを使って皆んなでBBQ、そのあとは大浴場でゆっくりお風呂に浸かり、ソファでまったりしながら過ごす素敵な時間でした。外でのんびりするための机や椅子もありますし、食器も多数揃えられており、設備も綺麗で大人数でも快適に過ごせる場所でした。また近辺を伺う際は是非利用したいです。 一点利用者への注意点ですが、山中湖側(国道413号線)から目的地に向かう場合、ダラスビレッジさんの東側にある交差点からのルートだと、車高が低いクルマの場合は轍と急勾配で辿り着けません。 心配な場合は森のアルムさんのところから坂を登ることをオススメします。 We stayed as a group of 13 people. The property is in a wonderful location with a view of Lake Yamanaka from the third-floor balcony. The lot is extremely spacious, and even with 10 cars, there was more than enough room to park within the premises. We enjoyed a BBQ together using the built-in grill on the large first-floor balcony, followed by a relaxing soak in the large communal bath, and spent a cozy evening lounging on the sofas. There were also outdoor tables and chairs for relaxing, and plenty of tableware was provided, making it a very comfortable place even for a large group. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We had a fun and relaxing weekend in Atami with friends! The place was clean, cozy, and had a lovely view—perfect for catching up and unwinding. The host was friendly and responsive, which made our stay smooth. Just a heads-up: the house is located uphill, so getting there can be a bit of a climb, but once you’re in, it’s definitely worth it. Great vibes, peaceful surroundings, and close enough to enjoy Atami’s local seafood and attractions. Would recommend for a chill group getaway!

Our party of 8 (one infant and one preschooler) has a wonderful time in this property. the house itself was in a quiet and peaceful location just less than a minute drive from the lake. the kitchen was well provided for and the living area expansive enough to fit the entire group. we had bbq dinners with a decently stocked supermarket just under 10min drive away. in a clear day you can see the peak of mt fuji from the balcony. the hosts were very thoughtful and the baby cot was comfortable enough for the little one. one of the highlights is the hot bath and the sauna, both of which were used on both nights. we would love to come back and stay again if we have the opportunity! the hosts were very responsive and very easy to communicate with. a big thank you for making our stay memorable.

食器類は困ることがないぐらいに用意されていて、自分で作ろうと思えばなんでも作れる。 部屋は全部の部屋が綺麗で何も不満なことがなかった。 また近くに行く機会があったら必ずここに泊まらせていただきたい！そんなホテルでした！

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this beautiful property. The house itself is a perfect example of traditional Japanese architecture—peaceful, aesthetically pleasing, and impeccably maintained. It offered a unique cultural charm while also being very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped for guests. A special mention to our host, Fujisakura-san, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. She was always available to provide guidance and support, whether it was helping us navigate the area or answering our questions with warmth and clarity. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home. The home overlooked Mt. Fuji, and we were within walking distance of Lake Kawaguchiko. We were a block away from the main station for train, bus, and taxi; so getting around was quite easy. The restaurants in the area were superb, and all of our dining experiences were top-notch. I highly recommend the Beef Cutlet House, the Zoo, Torriko BBQ, and roaming around the lake for any food stalls. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a solid home base for their Mt. Fuji vacation. The Kotatsu was an excellent added bonus.

This is a great house in a beautiful location! The kitchen is very well equipped and perfect for our weekend away. I would recommend coming by car. Very nice place!

職場の同僚との旅行として15名で利用しました。 到着後にホストさんから直接施設の案内をいただき、不明点無く利用できました。 我々がリニューアル後初のゲストとのことで、パーティーゲーム類などが新しくなっており、大変清潔で使いやすかったです。 周辺には他の建物もなく、周りを気にせずプライベートな空間を満喫できました。 露天風呂やプールも綺麗で使いやすかったです。自然に囲まれているので虫が多いかなと想像していましたが、個人的には思っていたほど気にならなかったです。 綺麗な海を見ながら、2階のベランダでBBQ(別途有料)もできたので大満足でした。ただ、周辺にはコンビニやスーパーがないため、食材の用意については気をつける必要があります。 また利用したいなと思う、素敵な場所でした！

This was our favorite house during our two week trip to Japan. The house is huge. We only had five so everyone got a room. Olga was kind enough to arrange transfer from the train station to the house for our later in the evening arrival. Olga’s husband waited while we had an excellent meal in Shimoda before heading to the house. The house is a short walk to the beach. It is very private and has a great set up for outdoor grilling. Be sure to stop at the grocery before heading to the house many of the restaurants close quite early for dinner. We wish we could’ve had a longer stay here. It is very relaxing.

We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is very large with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, bath tubs both indoors and outdoors and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is located in a peaceful forest area away from the crowds. If you have a dog, there are also plenty of facilities for your pet. Very easy to get from the house to Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pegoda, the 7 seas of Oshino, many temples, gardens, museums and also the F1 racetrack. If you have a car, this home is a perfect base to get everywhere. We really felt at home and enjoyed that everyone had their own bedroom with comfortable beds.

敷地がとても広く、小さい子供達が遊ぶ遊具も沢山あってとても良かったです。 野生の鹿にも会えました！ お部屋の中もとても綺麗で広く、開放感たっぷりでした。 初日はあいにくの雨でしたが、部屋の中でも十分楽しむことができ、翌日は晴れたので外で思う存分遊ぶことができました。 寝室も沢山あり大人数で泊まれるので、機会があればまた利用したいです。

全てが綺麗でオシャレな感じでした。 今回はテラスにあるBBQ用品は使いませんでしたが、設置されてるグリルや机椅子など、中々便利な良い物がありました。 特にキッチン周りも良く、道具や食器など豊富に揃っており何でも出来る感じでした。 どこの宿でもそうですが、米びつは無いので注意です。 セルフチェックインの時、玄関脇のキー画面でパスワードを打って全然開かないと諦めかけて後ろを見たら、後ろの壁にキーボックスがありホッとしました。 オーナーの方の対応も良く、今回の旅行を楽しめました。 有難う御座いました。
