Excellent place, quite comfortable to relax after a hard day's work. You feel a peace and tranquility that only exists in a few places. An optimal space to enjoy the amenities offered by the place in a magnificent location less than 15 minutes from our downtown. Ideal to escape the deteriorated hotels and stays in our downtown

Excellent apartment, I would definitely stay here again

The building is beautiful. The view is wonderful. The pool was divine. The area is super quiet, ideal for walking in the afternoon and evening.

Very cozy house, next to a small square, on a very quiet street. Kitchen equipment, air conditioning and bathrooms all working very well. Helpful host.

I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It has all the amenities it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. Peaceful and pleasant studio

I will be returning to my home country of Paraguay & this Airbnb will be my 1st choice, if available! Guillermo’s Airbnb is in central Asunción, minutes away from Calle Palma, Mercado 4, Palacio De López! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. Modern building with spotless gym/pool area. Apartment in pristine condition and hostess always eager to help upon request, when minor issues showed up.

Excellent experience. I recommend this accommodation 100% for those who want to spend a few days in the capital of Paraguay, as it has all the amenities, in addition to being safe and very conveniently located. Self check-in is a highly valued advantage. I would wash it with great taste again.
